I have never had an employee treat me more rudely than this bogus plumbing company. If you want to be over charged, have someone completely disrespect you, and not be able to do the simplest of jobs, then this business is for you. Then didn't show up the first time, second time didn't do the job correctly and third time to fix the job they starting talking nastily about me in another language, which I understood. The worst offense was that I don't wear shoes in my house. He did not bring little covers for his boots and when he was finished he had the audacity to wipe his boots on my bath mat as he glared at me. I am not sure how they are in business but stay clear if you want your plumbing issues to resolve.

If Yelp had the option of negative stars, I would give King Plumbing a -5! I have called and requested that my hot water be fixed on numerous occasions. Not once have they actually fixed the problem for any length of time. It's a quick fix, if that, and the problem surfaces again in a couple months. My most recent experience has left me and our entire building without hot water for a 36 hour period as of now with no communication to provide a date when it will be fixed. There is always an excuse like that a part has to be ordered and they don't know when it will come in. I mean c'mon, order it on Amazon and it will be here next day! And if not that excuse then its to call the landlord or someone else. They have zero respect in themselves or the work they do. And they have no respect for people's rights. Whatever you do, DO NOT EVER use this company! Call your brother in law who's got zero plumbing experience and he will do a better job, in a more timely manner and will be more respectful of your basic human rights. Civil Code § 1941.1 and § 1941.3

I had a bad experience with this company. I scheduled several appointments to have someone come to my house to fix my issue. The person never showed and didn't bother to call me to let me know that he was either running late or couldn't come for whatever reason. The receptionist was nice and friendly but I will never use this service again.
