Terrible communication. Hard to get a hold of. He owes us $200 for damage done to a piece of equipment at our house. Made multiple requests for payment, the owner Anthony said several times that he had sent a check, then he was going to come drop off a check, and he never showed and a check was never received in the mail. 100% do not recommend this company. We will now be moving to small claims court to recover our money.

This company broke my toilet and GHOSTED ME. May 22: my home warranty company contracted KOC Plumbing to fix a very minor issue. They """"fixed"""" it, but the issue recurred again in June. June 29th: KOC was contracted out again. July 6: Plumber came out to diagnose the issue, said he had to order a part. July 7th: Plumber came back out the next day (?) because apparently he forgot he had been to my home the day before. (Side note: On three other occasions, the office messaged me letting me know the plumber was either there or on their way.. both occasions did not correlate with our actual appointment day/time.) July 18th: The plumber supposedly """"fixed"""" the issue again. July 22: Toilet stopped working entirely. My only toilet. With 3 people in the house, one undergoing chemo. I was completely ghosted by this company. I called the supposed """"24/7"""" service line. Nicole answered and said she was going to dispatch someone out right away. No one got back to me. I called and texted an hour later, and then an hour after that and got no response. July 22: We were forced to go to a hotel. July 23-27: I called dozens of times and my messages were ignored. July 27th: The """"owner"""" called me back and left a voicemail. When I tried to get back in touch, an hour later no one answered my calls or returned my messages. July 29: Called again, threatened a lawsuit. August 1: FINALLY got a call back from Nicole to set up an appointment. They're supposedly coming out today but I'm not holding my breath.

Was recommended this company for a septic pump out. Company arrived days after they had committed to, did work well beyond the scope what was requested without calling to get my consent, and caused damage to adjacent plumbing in the process. They then gave me an estimate to repair this, and other issues within the septic tank (some of which were real issues, a couple were not) that would have quadrupled the original bill. When I stated I need a second opinion"e for the repairs, they washed their hands of the job, and left the yard with a gaping hole in it, mud, and excavator track marks everywhere. I didn't hear from them until 3 weeks later, when they started strong arming me to receive payment for the work agreed upon, along with the extra tasks that they took upon themselves. After two weeks of receiving texts from the business owner at all hours of night, I went ahead and paid in order to stop the harassment: the amount wasn't enough to justify the risk/headache of civil court. Poor communication, and the aggressive nature in which this company tried to broaden the scope of work and increase their paycheck, and the hostile nature of the machine operator/business will ensure that I never use this company again.
