I had a very pleasant experience with Mr James, i had a last minute home inspection where i needed an expert to go through the water heaters pipes and although it was a same day need, James went out of his way of coming at the end of his work day, he was very detail oriented and very patient explaining what was wrong and how things were supposed to work since i had no idea, also made great suggestions based on his experience and what he would do if it was his own home. Quoted $450 dollars for a job that took the next plumber I called 20 minutes and $100 dollars.
James left us without water on a rainy Friday night. He said he couldnt sweat out the broken piece on the outside of the house because there wasnt a way to pull it out. There was over an eighth of an inch of copper to grab. He wanted to replace the tee that was 1-1/2 copper tube but he didnt have it with him. Quoted $450 to come back in the morning to fix it. I told him to leave the property as quick as he could. Worst case of fraud Ive run into from a so called craftsman in my life.

James has been to my house twice: once for a burst pipe and another time to replace our fireplace gas valve. Both times he did excellent work and was very courteous and helpful. He doesn't try to upsell you stuff. He is very straightforward and upfront. No BS! We will keep calling him for all of our plumbing needs.
