DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Poor customer service, extremely poor interpersonal office communication, completely disorganized. I made 2 separate appointments in August for air duct + heat/air furnace cleaning. Girl said serviceman would come between 12pm-5pm.
9-19-2023: received a voice message saying they confirmed our appointment for the next day: nothing else was said.
9-20-2023, 9am: I received a call from rep Randy panicking he needed a deposit to confirm our appointment (completely unprofessional approach). I told him the girl who took my original appointment said we could pay when the job was finished onsite. His response: ""Oh, OK. Well, we need something to hold this job down."" I replied ""Why are you calling me on the day of the appointment for deposit when appointment was made last month? Girl gave me 2 options: pre-pay or on the day of. I chose the day of when the job's completed."" He said ""Are you sure you are going to pay us when he comes?"" I was flabbergasted as to why he would ask me an unprofessional horrible accusation like that especially since we've done business with this company a few years ago with no problems. My response ""Of course, not sure why you think we would not pay."" WOW.
9-20-2023 10:10am: serviceman shows up early per my Ring video. I called their office, spoke to Randy: asked him why serviceman showed up early as appointment is at 12pm. He said ""Well, he is there now: are you home?"" Told him ""No, at work: that is why I made the 12pm appointment.""
1:05pm: Saw that company called me: called them back right away. Spoke to a girl: she said serviceman is on his way. Waited 45 minutes: didn't show up. Called Randy at 1:50pm: asked him where the serviceman was. He said ""We called you: was waiting for you to call back. He is on other job."" I told him I already talked to a girl at 1:05: she said he was on his way."" Randy said ""You'll have to wait.""
I canceled all appointments: told them never again will we do business. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
Beware of this business. They told me my air conditioning unit was leaking and it wouldn't make it through the week let along the summer. I had another contractor look at it and he said it was fine. That was in June and my unit is still working just fine. I will never do business with King again. Definitely not trustworthy.
The service representative was very good however when he started calling me prices I felt my blood pressure go up and my pockets empty. This guy was quoting stuff that I felt in my spirit couldn't possibly be normal.
We would like to recognize the great work done on the install of our new furnace/AC unit today. Jeff G and George did a great job. They took care in our house to keep the work areas clean, explained the new thermostat/helped us connect it to our WiFi and provided a recap of the work done and explanation of both units.
We are pleased with the service.
Pamela T.Called King Heating to look at a AC unit in my condo. Lee arrived, looked everything over. He recommended replacing the unit, so he set for Brandon to come out after 6p on a workday. That day/time didn't work for Brandon, so we setup for Saturday morning at 9a. Brandon did a no show. I called him, no answer, called the company and it was like the Twilight Zone. No one could find Brandon, I spoke with three ladies from customer service and the my final call was with Randy. No one ever called me back to give me a status. They charge you a service fee of $99 to come out but they won't follow-up, so I guess they make their money off just doing service calls. Bad service all the way around. Don't use.
Kelly K.recently purchased a new heater, air conditioner and humidifier from King - also had a full vent/duct cleaning. The customer service at this place is top notch!! they are extremely reactive and proactive in their approach with their customers. I highly recommend them.
I specifically recommend Jacob & Mike for the vent/duct cleaning! they were professional and outstanding!!
Eduardo A.So I can understand the $100 fee for showing up and giving a diagnosis. But to change someone $295 for a starter (capacitor) that sells for $12.99 is a flat out robbery. So labor for a 20 min job is $280. I definitely recommend looking somewhere else. The technician did fast work and I have no complaints about him. But DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF.
Two years ago King installed my carrier mini split air conditioner. I am still dealing with shoddy workmanship. I kept loosing coolant and my HVAC guy redid all the connections stating the flaring on copper tubing allowed coolant to escape. $900.
Would not recommend.
Thomas L.ZERO STARS !! Called them on November 11, 2021, telling them that i needed furnace service, pilot on but doesn't fire, and the lady told me she could schedule me for January 19, 2022.... LOL but true,,,

Pa S.For 2 years they came and said my refrigerant was low on my 3 year old unit and charged me for it .. turns out they just didn't want to have to come out of pocket for labor on their warranty, there is a leak on the evaporator coil .. this is my second bad experience after they told me I needed a new Furance rather then using the warranty on the Furance to replace .. run from them !
