Called King Heating to look at a AC unit in my condo. Lee arrived, looked everything over. He recommended replacing the unit, so he set for Brandon to come out after 6p on a workday. That day/time didn't work for Brandon, so we setup for Saturday morning at 9a. Brandon did a no show. I called him, no answer, called the company and it was like the Twilight Zone. No one could find Brandon, I spoke with three ladies from customer service and the my final call was with Randy. No one ever called me back to give me a status. They charge you a service fee of $99 to come out but they won't follow-up, so I guess they make their money off just doing service calls. Bad service all the way around. Don't use.

recently purchased a new heater, air conditioner and humidifier from King - also had a full vent/duct cleaning. The customer service at this place is top notch!! they are extremely reactive and proactive in their approach with their customers. I highly recommend them.

I specifically recommend Jacob & Mike for the vent/duct cleaning! they were professional and outstanding!!

So I can understand the $100 fee for showing up and giving a diagnosis. But to change someone $295 for a starter (capacitor) that sells for $12.99 is a flat out robbery. So labor for a 20 min job is $280. I definitely recommend looking somewhere else. The technician did fast work and I have no complaints about him. But DO NOT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF.

Two years ago King installed my carrier mini split air conditioner. I am still dealing with shoddy workmanship. I kept loosing coolant and my HVAC guy redid all the connections stating the flaring on copper tubing allowed coolant to escape. $900.
Would not recommend.

ZERO STARS !! Called them on November 11, 2021, telling them that i needed furnace service, pilot on but doesn't fire, and the lady told me she could schedule me for January 19, 2022.... LOL but true,,,

For 2 years they came and said my refrigerant was low on my 3 year old unit and charged me for it .. turns out they just didn't want to have to come out of pocket for labor on their warranty, there is a leak on the evaporator coil .. this is my second bad experience after they told me I needed a new Furance rather then using the warranty on the Furance to replace .. run from them !

Don't hire this company,you will regret letter on.In January this year,they installed furnace and ac in my house.They didn't get permit for job.They try install cheaper unit(furnace),when I found it,they sent new unit and install.They didn't properly install exhaust pipe from furnace to r roof.I was exposed to carbon monoxide leaking for a couple of weeks. When I found it, i call king heating and cooling and they sent gay Who properly install exhaust pipe. In March they sent guy to charge AC with Freon . After couple weeks I when I turn on AC I found that AC doesn't work. When I call king heating and cooling, Manager refuse to send technician. I called different heating and cooling company and they found that ac wasn't it properly charge with freon. They charge me for freon(two pounds) and service $145. Only response from King is that they try delete my post. Avoid them at .

Our air conditioner went out early Friday evening. I called to get on the list for Saturday.I was offered emergency service and declined. I received a call within a half hour assuring they could come Saturday and i would receive a call in the morning to schedule.
Even better Saturday morning I received a call from Chris saying he would be here in 20 minutes. Chris was professional and courteous and diagnosed the trouble in a few minutes. After he got the air conditioner running, he found the freon low and replaced that also.
He offered a discount if we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan for $148, which seamed reasonable for yearly air and furnace checkups and discounted repairs. We don't usually take these type of plans but since both units are 11 years old and I was pleased with the service we signed up.

We had a leak that we figured out was due to our AC. We called and within a day had someone out for a diagnostic, in another day an estimate and service and installation a day later. I can't say enough about the great customer service we received it helped make a stressful situation much much easier. Very professional and I would highly recommend them.

They came thru again. My rooftop at my office broke and in less than 24 hours they had my new unit installed. This was great because the unit is big and they had to get a crane out to get the job done. It also happened to be the coldest day of the year. With this outstanding service I had no business interruption. Excellent Peace of Mind!
