Don't hire this company,you will regret letter on.In January this year,they installed furnace and ac in my house.They didn't get permit for job.They try install cheaper unit(furnace),when I found it,they sent new unit and install.They didn't properly install exhaust pipe from furnace to r roof.I was exposed to carbon monoxide leaking for a couple of weeks. When I found it, i call king heating and cooling and they sent gay Who properly install exhaust pipe. In March they sent guy to charge AC with Freon . After couple weeks I when I turn on AC I found that AC doesn't work. When I call king heating and cooling, Manager refuse to send technician. I called different heating and cooling company and they found that ac wasn't it properly charge with freon. They charge me for freon(two pounds) and service $145. Only response from King is that they try delete my post. Avoid them at .

Our air conditioner went out early Friday evening. I called to get on the list for Saturday.I was offered emergency service and declined. I received a call within a half hour assuring they could come Saturday and i would receive a call in the morning to schedule.
Even better Saturday morning I received a call from Chris saying he would be here in 20 minutes. Chris was professional and courteous and diagnosed the trouble in a few minutes. After he got the air conditioner running, he found the freon low and replaced that also.
He offered a discount if we signed up for their yearly maintenance plan for $148, which seamed reasonable for yearly air and furnace checkups and discounted repairs. We don't usually take these type of plans but since both units are 11 years old and I was pleased with the service we signed up.

This was great because the unit is big and they had to get a crane out to get the job done. It also happened to be the coldest day of the year. They wanted $90 just to quote me how much it would cost to install four toilets. There was no issue to diagnose. I just wanted to replace all my toilets because I just bought the house.
So they could show up, quote $1000 per toilet, then when I decline the quote they walk away with my $90. These guys are hustling people with a policy like this.

If I could give more stars I would. My experience started with Mary who got me in touch with someone immediately when she found out that my heat was out in sub zero weather. She was compassionate and so nice to deal with. Then the tech Eric came out late at night to assess my problem. Unfortunately, I needed a new furnace so it could not be addressed until the morning but he gave me space heaters to get us through the night. Then he put me in touch with his estimator Steve who actually came out in the frigid cold at 10:30 pm to get my furnace picked out so it would be ready for the morning. The next morning, the installers, Shawn and Phil came out first thing in the morning to get the old furnace out and the new furnace in. The worked hard and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company. They are nice people to do business with.

King Heating has serviced our home for fifteen years & are now servicing our new home. Two January's ago our heat went out in the coldest day. They had a tech out in a matter of hours and the heat was back on.

We had another heating company service our furnace last week & tell us we needed a new furnace right away. I doubted that so I called King. The tech was knowledgeable & it turns out that we do not need a new furnace right now. I trust King Heating & will continue to USF their services.
