They wanted $90 just to quote me how much it would cost to install four toilets. There was no issue to diagnose. I just wanted to replace all my toilets because I just bought the house.
So they could show up, quote $1000 per toilet, then when I decline the quote they walk away with my $90. These guys are hustling people with a policy like this.

Reviews give the consumer power and protection from businesses like this who are on the take.

If I could give more stars I would. My experience started with Mary who got me in touch with someone immediately when she found out that my heat was out in sub zero weather. She was compassionate and so nice to deal with. Then the tech Eric came out late at night to assess my problem. Unfortunately, I needed a new furnace so it could not be addressed until the morning but he gave me space heaters to get us through the night. Then he put me in touch with his estimator Steve who actually came out in the frigid cold at 10:30 pm to get my furnace picked out so it would be ready for the morning. The next morning, the installers, Shawn and Phil came out first thing in the morning to get the old furnace out and the new furnace in. The worked hard and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company. They are nice people to do business with.

King Heating has serviced our home for fifteen years & are now servicing our new home. Two January's ago our heat went out in the coldest day. They had a tech out in a matter of hours and the heat was back on.

We had another heating company service our furnace last week & tell us we needed a new furnace right away. I doubted that so I called King. The tech was knowledgeable & it turns out that we do not need a new furnace right now. I trust King Heating & will continue to USF their services.

I highly recommend King Heating.

I called king because I was having an issue with my furnace. They were prompt to attend to the furnace issue. The customer service was wonderful from start to finish. The technician was very friendly and easy to work with! I would highly recommend King for any of your furnace issues! I will not go any where else and king will be my one and only furnace repair place.

Made appointment for checkup weeks in advance for checkup on boiler. They called on last week and that the appointment is still on and the technician will call. Office called that the only boiler technician left early and could not make it out. They tried blaming the new girl that she only started last week, guess what appointment was scheduled 3 weeks ago. They are out of the running for our central air project next year when we going to force air.

Can't say enough good things about this company ... I had Giuseppe come to the house for my annual heat and air cleaning and couldn't be happier until I had a massive leak crisis and needed and plumber ASAP king came out to the house the next day (after a 5pm call) and sent Jim out who was so efficient and friendly and fixed everything the same day. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone !!!

Beware of this company as they are out to scam you.

They came to service my furnace and the guy messes with it and gets it working in like 20 secnds. He then proceeds to tell me the there is extensive water damage and repairs would br 3K but it won't fix the water issue. To do that I need a new system. He quote 16k for a new HE furnace and AC. When I get 2 other quotes they all laugh at the water damage remark and said furnance is in good shape, but if I want a HE unit they could do it for under 7K.

Total scam trying to charge 16k for a 7k system and telling me my furnace is shot when everyone else says it is in good shape.

Avoid this company.

Avoid at all cost!

Called them up to do routine maintenance and I was told by the ""technician"" (young kid) that I have crack in my Heat Exchanger. Then he went on to give me the scare tactic that he will have to shut down the gas supply by law since I have young kids and will have to change the furnace for about $4000 right away. He said my house is probably full of CO. When I asked him to test it, his meter conveniently wasn't working! I told him I will think about changing the furnace and call them back. He closed the gas valve and left. I called couple of other furnace companies around to get second opinion. Both of them tested the furnace and said there is no crack in my heat exchanger. When I got a quote just so I know, they were couple of grand cheaper.

Later on, one my co-worker told me that King's Furnace did something similar to their family. Said the furnace had to replaced when in reality only the motor belt had to be changed.

Do not hire this company. They are big time scammers and will rip you off if you are not careful.
