H D.My property management hired this company to come out and take care of an issue at our residence. (We had sewage backing up in the shower drain and the drain of the floor in the bathroom). Supposedly it was fixed, but when I came home I had a huge mess to clean up as well as the shower will not drain. Got a call from Royal Flush the next day asking if the toilet was flushing, I explained that the toilet flushing was never the problem. He basically told me that the issue I'm having isn't their job. I tried talking and explaining the issue, and that he needed to contact Property Management if he wasn't going to do anything. He then hung up on me.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. In a time of such poo, a little compassion would have gone a long way.
