I had a water heater replaced. Their estimate was a high but I needed it to be done. They arrived on time and performed the quickly. I just found their staff and estimator to be dishonest. The estimator promised me everything I asked would be taken care of at no further cost to me. Two months later I receive a letter from them saying I owed them for the permit. I called their office and told them that the estimator promised that the permit was included in the estimate. I was told that they are not responsible for paying for permits. They even emailed me an invoice stating that homeowner is responsible for cost of permit. The invoices I received when leaving the deposit or at completion of of job didn't say anything to that fact. Later that day I received a call from their office and was told that the permit would be taken care of. It's been over a month since then and the permit has still not been paid for. I have also had them come back to repair a leak from the installation.
So if you decide to hire this company, make sure you get everything they promise to do in writing. Their word is worthless. Or better yet, don't hire them.
Alex M.So our landlord hired this company for 2 projects... the first one was a breaker box install which had to go in my sons room. They did NOT paint the wood black before putting the new panel on. The same company came back a week later to replace our furnace. While going back and forth outside they broke glass objects from our back porch- didn't even tell us. We have kids and a dog. They left a huge mess in our basement which wasn't a big deal until they majorly fucked up and had noticed we didn't have hot water. Our pilot light was out and our hot water heater was still turned on!! When our landlord called someone to fix it they told us it was the owner who did this job!!! Uhm what....
I want to thank Thom, he was a service technician that came out this morning on time as promised and had my AC fixed within a few minutes. I called Saturday evening around 7:30 when it did not turn on, had a call back within 5 minutes, they offered first thing Sunday but I chose first thing Monday. They gave me an 8-10 window, I really expected to wait around until noon. They arrived by 9 and left by 9:30. Thanks for simply doing what you said. Your guy was neat, uniformed, polite and professional!
Anglin T.At the start of the summer, I needed my AC and Heating units to get looked at and get a tune up. Guaranteed had a great offer that I could not deny.
If you did one Heating Unit tune up, they gave you one AC unit tune up for free. I have two sets of units - one for the first floor of house and one for the second floor (2 heat, 2 AC).
I originally made an appointment and then had a last minute conflict. I called them up and they were so understanding in rescheduling me for a later date. They did not charge me for a last minute cancel, and I was so grateful.
When the tech finally came to my house, he did everything swiftly and even replaced my air filters. He unfortunately did not replace my air filter for upstairs because he did not have the size. So I ended up having to go buy one myself. After the tech left though, my AC kept showing me that it was not plugged in.
I called them back and told them the situation. Unfortunately they could not help me immediately, but he was able to get to me in 3 days and resolve the issue!
Overall good service. Just make sure you have them check it everything and show you it's all really working before they leave!
So I have used these guys a few times during the years. I first met Helmi one of the sales guys years ago when he was with another company they replaced both my zones about 5-6 years ago. Going to be honest they were not cheapest. Well years later I found out why, you get what you pay for. I called them after hearing them on 101.5, my daughters room has never been warm in the winter so finally needed to do something. Helmi came out on a Sunday looked at it, told me he promised to make my house comfortable and put in a new duct at no charge. Yesterday we woke up to no heat downstairs, I called at 8:30, someone was here by 10 and it was fixed by 11:30. After Joe the tech fixed the water pump he inspected the duct work in my basement, he found a vent that the builder never connected and repaired it. Great job, on time, respectful, go the extra mile and worth the investment! Highly recommend them.
Kate M.My AC went out while I was away for a few days and I came home to a 90 degree house. I called a few places who said they'd try to get to me in the evening but I needed immediate emergency service because I have an infant at home.
The customer service rep who took my info was kind and helpful even though I was super stressed out. I explained my situation and they placed me at the top of the list. The technician arrived in less than 30 minutes, wore a mask and fixed the problem quickly. The price was reasonable considering the issue and immediate response. Our AC is working fine now.
I strongly recommend this company and will be leaving the same review on Google.
