Please stay away from this outfit. Last year they gave me an evaluation of my HVAC system which was all bad news-coolant leak (not true) and coolant no longer available (also not true; expensive but still obtainable). Furnace heat exchanger ready to fail (not true-small rust spots after 30 years)-I can probably go at least a few more years based on the minimal amount of rust after such a long service life. Another HVAC company said it was the cleanest furnace he'd seen in a long time considering it's age. After some research I've discovered that replacement business is these guys bread and butter. Lesson learned: Always get at least a second evaluation/estimate. Note: I'm not in San Francisco. More like Bedminster, NJ

Today I had my hot water heater replaced and some other miscellaneous plumbing items done in my house. The guys were polite, clean and so wonderful! They wore protection on their shoes and there is not a trace of dirt in my house. They showed me what they did and also showed me how to work everything. I was surprised and delighted.

Leak from pipe in basement ceiling found in the evening before snow storm. They responded quickly. Someone came at 10.30 pm and fixed the leak, replacing the pipe with the small hole and saving us from having a badly flooded basement. Could not have asked for more in the circumstances.

Called made for an appointment for annual service to have my Weil McLain HE heater serviced as required. Took 2 weeks to schedule service. On day of appointment Service tech never showed at schedule time. Called and they sent another tech in the afternoon who had no interest or knowledge on how to service the HE boiler. I had to call Weil McLain to find out service requirements. Service techs main interest was to try to up sell me in doing other unnecessary work. He advised of a ridiculous prices for all unnecessary work and never cleaned or serviced my boiler as I originally requested. When tech left he stated that he would email me an estimate in which he never sent and there would be no charge because he did not service my boiler. A month later I receive a fraudulent billing with a forged signature in the amount of 267.19 when no work was ever completed. I wish I saw the other yelp reviews before ever contacting these shady contractor. I would never use again and spoke with my brother in law and he experienced the same unnecessary up selling experience. Beware of this company......

Horrible company. Dehumidifier repair.

First repair person comes to my house, looks at unit - tells me, my unit needs refrigerant, but it us a closed loop so we can not add - must replace the unit $3000.

After he leaves, I take a look at the unit and see the valves for replacing the refrigerant call back send second guy.

Oh, no it is not the refrigerant but the thermal expansion valve - why don't you replace the whole unit - I will give you a quote to replace the part, but it will be verry expensive.

2 days later, no quote - owner says, Oh I will replace the unit for $2500.

Scam company, does not want to repair but replace. Shame on them!!!!

Stay away from these folks. They have cute little cars with advertising on them, but you pay through the nose for it. Years ago I used them to unclog a bathtub drain (a la Rotor Rooter). $600 for 5 minutes work. My wife and I went to their office and protested this ridiculous overcharge. At least we were able to get back a couple hundred bucks. Never again!

I was referred to this company by a friend. What a relief! They fit me in within 24 hours and the tech was professional and friendly. They knew just what to do and had my sink fixed in less than an hour. The price was reasonable too. I won't call anyone else. These guys were great.

Plain crooks. Forcing to agree on repair without proper explanation. Do lousy job for literally 5 minutes charging hundreds $$$ for it.

we had a dripping faucet...their guy looked at if for 5 minutes, said he couldn't fix it, proposed replacing for $750,,,,told him to hit the bricks. $90 down the frain for nothing of value. NEVER AGAIN,

Have use KGP for several large projects with complete satisfaction. This time a sewer backup emergency. KGP responded quickly and took care of the problem easily. Always a good experience both personally and financially.
