My wife was concerned about our water because of intermittent dry hair and dry skin which could be an indicator of hard water. The salesman Mark Keller came out and did a water test on my 33 year old Kinetico system and said that the system was working fine and that the system did not need to be replaced. He gave me a few reasons why we could be getting intermittent hard water and priced out a new unit if I wanted to update the unit because of its age. The price was a competitive price for a quality unit. I will definitely choose this company when the time comes. Honest no pressure salesman and a product that lasts 33 years makes it an easy decision. I highly recommend going through Kinetico for ALL of your water needs. I was set up with Mark Keller when I first inquired about their products as my water was terrible before getting a new softener. Not only did the water taste better after my new systems were installed but I no longer have the terrible sulfur smell. Mark was prompt and very knowledgeable at our first appointment. He went above and beyond for us! If you're going to use Kinetico I would strongly advise you to contact Mark Keller as he's the best and you will NOT be disappointed!

Intresting that the same negative review was posted at several locations. I work for this company and they are hands down the best people out there to work for or fix anyones water issues. Plus they stand behind their work. So do yourself a favor and Don't believe any fake reviews for one minute!

Used this company for a water softener and a rust removal tank. Spent $7000 for everything. Saturday there is a huge pool of water in my basement. I call them. They tell me someone will call me right back. No one did. Call back Sunday. They again tell me someone will call you back. Meanwhile the water is still leaking in my basement. Finally call back AGAIN Sunday cause no one called me back, their response....
""Oh, no one called you back because they are closed on the weekends!""

They call me today and tell me they will be out MAYBE Friday. Today is MONDAY. In the meantime, to put my softener of BYPASS. So now all of this crappy water is going to get in my hot water tank, drinking & bathing water etc.
great company huh! I want my f'n money back. This company is garbage.
You're better off going with a mom & pop location that can come out and fix your issues than this company that takes your hard earned money and promises service and warranties that don't mean anything.
