I had a water leak and needed emergency service. Called Kinetic and immediately got a response. The owner Ryan realized it was an emergency. He said once he finished the current job he would immediately come over. He came 1.5 hours later. After diagnoses he gave me a quote which I believe was very reasonable. It took two of them a while to finish. The job was well done, very clean.
He not only fix one punch hole but also fixed a couple problem spots which will get bust in no time.
Realizing that I need to deal with HOA, he presented me an invoice with very detailed work description.
I'm deeply impressed with his work ethic: quick response time, professional work quality and reasonable price.

I had a hot water pipe leak in my sub concrete. Ryan and Blake came out and did an initial assessment and helped me isolate the leak and helped me turn off the water to that area of the house without shutting off water to the entire home. They were very professional and provided me with a detailed scope of what the next steps would be and the options I could take. I chose the re-route process to repipe. They came in on time on the day the were available and were able to complete the work in one day. Although the job entailed going through the ceiling and having to make several cuts to the drywall, they were meticulous in moving my furniture and covering everything. Once the job was complete, the cleaned everything, vacuumed the area and taped off the exposed drywall. I'm very happy and impressed with their work and professionalism. They also provided a 10 year warranty on the work. I'm so glad I found a reputable company I can call for all my plumbing needs.

Had a leak from my kitchen faucet, tried to install a new one and accidentally broke the shut off valve for the hot water. Called Kinetic, Ryan and Blake showed up in the evening. Good thing I called because the nut that was holding the faucet in place was so rusted and stuck that they had to use a multi-tool to cut it off. Got a new faucet installed and a new valve that should last. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys. They had everything they need to get the job done and keep the area clean.

Ryan is a hard working, dedicated plumber who is extremely thorough and professional. He explains the problem and solution in full detail so that we are educated and understand what he is doing, unlike other workers who have charged us for reoccurring problems and ripped us off. I like that Ryan is ethical and can be trusted as well as the fact that he is reasonably priced and will return to fix things and check in. He values his reputation and is costumer service oriented. I am the process of remodeling my kitchen, I had plumbing for a coffee bar sink done by another company. The location for the coffee bar sink was incorrect I called Kinetic plumbing. Upon inspection of the work Ryan noticed that the plumbing work was not to code, he is very knowledgeable. Kinetic pluming pulled a permit with the city which was not done prior. I'm thankful for them, they jackhammered the concrete, remove, excavated soil down to exposing existing pipe and removed the connecting rubber fitting. A new fitting was installed and re-hooked to the existing new line. They corrected and installed new plumbing for the entire kitchen. The city inspector was impressed with Kinetic plumbing on how thorough their work was. Kinetic plumbing is efficient, thorough, they don't corners. Honestly I did get two other plumbers quotes and none of their representatives were as detailed and as knowledgeable as kinetic plumbing. I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems, they can do it all.

Blake responded immediately when I had a problem with the toilet. Not gonna lie, who enjoys calling plumbers, addressing embarrassing issues, like having a toilet clogged full of .

Anyways thank you Blake for fixing the toilet and actually a second one too, which had a backflow problem.

I appreciate all the hard work you spent time and even made us feel, like it was normal. I'll never know who put that much toilet paper in, but you literally saved the day and our minds.

I request Kinetic Plumbing to replace a shower faucet. They came on time and completed the work as estimated.

Boy are these two guys incredibly kind! They came out to fix a shower issue we have been having for months--something we had another plumber out for as well that failed to fix the issue. They got to the bottom of it, repaired it, and explained everything so well.

All of their communication was incredibly prompt. They were able to get us into their schedule quickly and they responded to my calls and texts quickly. Finally, I was just so appreciative of how nice Blake is (Ryan was great too, but I didn't interact with him as much). Great service!
