Used these guys before so thought I would again. I wish I hadn't. I was charged $584.07 for a main line cleaning with camera and $150 for toilette reseating. AAA Plumbing only charges $250 for main line cleaning with camera. As for the reseated toilette? It still leaked and ran after they left so I had to have them come back but they couldn't get back to me until after the weekend. The guy who came just fucked with the water level in my tank so now I have to stand there and hold the handle for it to flush completely. If you don't know how to fix something just say that so I can call someone else!!!!!! Which is what I'm going to have to do now anyway. FRUSTRATING and EXPENSIVE!!!!

We had plumbing emergency.
Called Kindred at 2:14AM spoke with Chris. So excited he answered and said he would call back as soon as he completed the job he was on.
Its now 6:45 AM No return call and he won't answer.
Can't understand how businesses like this survive.
Shortly after we called 911 Plumbing. They understood our emergency and arrived before 9AM. Thank you 911 Plumbing. You saved us and for whatever reason Kindred didn't care.

I have heard great things about this company so I called and asked for someone to look at a green house boiler. I was told the plumber had an appointment at 11:00 am and they would call in the afternoon when he was coming out. I spent the whole day at home waiting and then at 4:00PM I was called and told they could not make it out to my house and he would not be available for the rest of the week. If you are looking for a company that is reliable do not call this company. They did not seem very worried about NOT coming to my house. Very sad to hear.

My son, who is a disabled vet, just bought his first house and the furnace went out in cold weather. Kindred gave an estimate of $750 to replace a $258 part. Two other places estimated $350 and $345 - so glad we got a second (and third) estimate. Seems like price gouging and taking advantage of people because of the weather.....not impressed with their integrity.

Both of our experiences with Kindred have been five star. In July 2018 they installed a sump pump and today they resolved some plumbing issues necessary to sell our home. Knowledgeable, timely, and SUPER nice people. We highly recommend them.
