Kincheloe Plumbing has been nothing short of great, doing a great job , in an emergency, not just once but several times. Their KNOWLEDGE is key when you want the job done right.

My hot water tank cracked and Kencheloe guys came and replaced it that day. They were courtious and efficient. My regular plumber wasn't able to make it for a few days. Kencheloe was recommended by him. Kencheloe Plumbing will be my first call next time!

I would not recommend this outfit as they grossely over charge on labor. They installed one gas line of 22 feet (flex hose). The location was in an unfinished basement. No holes needed to be drilled no cutting required. One quick splice and that was it! I had ladders in place and helped the plumber stretch the line. He noted that most jobs did not talk an hour as mine did. I'm 8 miles out of town They billed me for 3 hours! Two hours was a stretch but would have been more fair. I questioned the extra hour on the bill and the guy said, ""ya, I think I had to run into town"". He did not. Then he said, ""ya, I remember your place you had the nice furniture and rocks"". This outfit gouges people for all they can! They tacked on an hour ""just because"".

I had them install a water line for an ice machine in a building we were renting. The valve that turns the water on and off to the building was damaged and needed to be handled carefully. My husband informed the employee of the valve and instructed him on how to turn it so that it would not break. While my husband was standing there, the employee did not do as he was told and broke the valve. This shut the water off to my business for two days in which I was forced to close while they repaired the valve. I received a bill for $750 which included replacing the valve. I wrote a complaint letter, but was basically told that since the valve was old it was not their fault and that I would be taken to collection if I didn't pay. I paid.

Three years later I was told they were one of the only companies in our town who had a camera to scope out our sewer problem at our house. I called and was told that they would come the following week. When I didn't receive any other communication from them I called back. I was informed that since I complained about the last work they did they will not do any more work with me.

I paid them a lot of money for something they broke!!
