Recommended Customer Reviews

Really nice guy, responsive, expert and professional and did a ton for us. Will be hiring him again soon for a bigger project.

We've had Ryan at our home twice for plumbing work (extended our gas line for a new fire pit cauldron, fixed shower shutoff handle, installed new kitchen faucet and leaky toilet). He is communicative, prompt, professional and reliable. Highly recommend.

This company is the BEST in Sedona! Look no further than here!! SERIOUSLY ...
Ryan (the owner) made time in his super busy schedule to come out and take care of a sink/garbage disposal catastrophe today.
Ryan was prompt, professional, brought all the right tools ( and a mat to protect the floor) - he even hung the wet towel ( from the leak) on the railing out back! Our new garbage disposal purrs like a kitten, and we feel so happy that we chose Kincheloe Plumbing.
I can't sing them enough praises.

Toilet was having issues. More than I could handle on my own. Ryan was sure to talk to me about pricing before he did anything. Cost was exactly what he quoted, and work was done quickly. Turned out to have roots growing in the pipes under the toilet! He cleared them all out and everything works great now.

Ryan did a terrific job putting in our new water softener and RO system. He was helpful and accessible when we had questions after the job was complete.
He is a very nice guy and does good work. I recommend him. If you ever have any questions about pricing ( which you should always check in advance) he is easy to talk to. Customer satisfaction seems to be a priority.

Have Used Them for all kinds of small jobs for years.Easy to get a hold of an usually available

Ryan came out and bid our job for $500. I was shocked, as when I asked him how long it would take, he said about an hour or so. There was maybe $200 of materials. When things didn't go exactly as he expected, he had a melt down and, at his admission ""acted very unprofessional"". Upon completion he said he was raising bid to $900, because it took him 2.5 hours. WOW, I feel violated. Whenever I have been given a ""BID"" in the past, that is the price

Ryan installed our 40 gallon gas water heater perfectly. He was on time and has great communication skills.Thank You Ryan.

I have owned a rental property in Sedona for 18 years. Trying to find an honest and reputable plumber in the Sedona area can be a challenge. There was a loose toilet in one bathroom. I called one company in Camp Verde, AZ. The guy they sent out gave me a ridiculously high quote just to remove and reset the toilet. He also gave me another extremely high quote because he was sure the the flange in the floor securing the toilet would also need to be replaced. I refused the service and then received a bill for a service call although there website claims they give free in home estimates.
Based on excellent internet reviews I ended up calling Kincheloe Plumbing and spoke to Ryan. Ryan is very honest and reliable person. I explained the issue and he gave me prices over the phone. The quote to remove and reset the toilet was exactly half of what the other company quoted. The quote for the flange that ended up not needing to be replaced was one fifth of the price the other company quoted.
Ryan was easy to work with and didn't mind coordinating the job with my tenant. Ryan does extremely good work, is dependable, and most importantly an honest and reasonable plumber.
For any type of plumbing work in the greater Sedona / Cottonwood I would high recommend using Ryan at Kincheloe Plumbing!
