Service from the owner was very unpleasant. All the plumbers and schedulers I interacted with were lovely but there were some delays and avoidable issues and when Kim stepped in to handle them, she deflected, gaslit and blamed rather than take responsibility. Mistakes happen. Delays happen. With the right customer service I would've been a customer for life. The lack of accountability taken was unacceptable.

I rent a home and had a third party call Kim's Plumbing out for a leak under the kitchen sink. Kim's Plumbing said the garbage disposal was at fault and replaced it without my knowledge until I received the bill. I personally replaced the garbage disposal a month prior to the call and would have accepted that there was a leak, but instead they took my garbage disposal and replaced it with an older random one. Wouldn't be surprised if they are flipping these garbage disposals. They also have ignored my messages for a week!

As others have said here ... when using a third party management company, stay away!

The plumbers were great. Just be careful when dealing with this company if there is a third party involved. I live in a condo. The neighbors sink was causing a leak. I called the HoA. They hired Kim's plumbing to assess the situation. In order to fix it they had to go through my wall and ceiling. The leak was fixed but no one will communicate with me. Kim's Plumbing will not return my calls or provide me a copy of the report. Now I'm stuck with the three big holes in need of repair. The leak was caused by a main line. If there is ever a need for them to have to return I will refuse. It's really sad.

Had a great experience with Kim's plumbing. Very responsive and friendly. Came out quickly to fix a toilet issue. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend :)

We had Kim's plumbing out 2 times to give us an estimate for a kitchen remodel. Both times the plumbers were so kind and nice. But when it comes to their office staff it's severely lacking. I am not kidding when I tell you I had to call 12 times to finally get someone to call me back to schedule the job. Now, they were 1/3- 1/4 the price of everyone else so I figured it was worth the effort. WRONG. Finally scheduled the job to be completed on a Friday. They never showed. Called. And once again. NO ONE ANSWERED. Awesome and kind plumbers....Horrible office staff. Hopefully they find some competent office people and then they could be an amazing company!
