Yesturday late afternoon we discovered water overflowing from our Master bedroom bathroom and water backing up in both bathtubs. I called Kim's Plumbing in a panic and she had her guy Justin come out. He was here within 10 mins of our call! He was able to take care of the issue within and hour and was a really great and friendly guy! Especially liked that he was very ""Covid Respectful!"" Our Landlord was very impressed with the timely matter it was taken care of and also happy to receive his invoice as it was very reasonable! Highly Recommend!

Kim is awesome! Answered call and responded quickly, diagnosed problem and found our water heater was under warranty for issue we were experiencing. She was honest and very professional. She didn't try to sell us something and make a few bucks off us. I highly recommend this honest professional plumber. The pilot light on the water heater kept going out and we couldn't get it to light again. We called our home warranty company who was completed useless so after looking up referrals on the local Facebook page, we came across Kim's Plumbing.
We called the office at 5:30pm and they were already closed. We called back with the intention of leaving a message and Debbie answered the phone. She told us to send pics of the water heater and she will forward them to Kim.
After sending the pictures to Debbie, she called us back within 20 minutes saying that they can get someone out to help us first thing in the morning. We decided to move forward with getting a new water heater (we knew it was about time to replace it). They showed up at 8am and we had a new water heater set up by 10am.
The customer service is top notch and absolutely amazing!! We will always use Kim's Plumbing in the future!! Thank you for your superior service, Debbie!!

Our Kitchen sink would drain slowly and then eventually fill up. I contacted Kim's Plumbing who I've used in the past and within a couple days Tom, one of her crew, came out and found the problem. The old steel pipe that connects to the P-Trap was completely corroded inside and barely had any space left for water to pass through.
He made the repairs, explained the problem / solution, and cleaned up the work space as if nothing happened.
If you're in need of a good & very reasonable Plumbing service I strongly suggest you call Kim's Plumbing.

I usually don't write reviews but i felt compelled to write this one. On 5/15/20 Friday eve, my Hot Water Heater sprung a leak. I Immediately started researching yelp for businesses that specialized in hot water heater repair. I was given the name of Kim's plumbing from another plumber, who i was referred to however he could not do the work so he referred me to Kim's. I contacted Kim sat morning explained my issue and asked if she was available to come out and inspect the water heater? Kim replied, that she wouldn't need to come out if i could take a few photos of the heater send them to her and she would provide me with a quote over the phone within a few hours she did. I agreed to have her do the work. Kim arrived at my residence on sat afternoon at our agreed time. She was very friendly and professional, wearing a mask and gloves and practicing social distancing while explaining to me what she would be doing and about how long it would take. Within 2.5 hours the job was done. I was extremely pleased with the new water heater especially when i received a larger one for the same price which was a lot lower than other companies I reviewed and or received quotes from. I was extremely impressed by Kim's honesty and professionalism, I highly recommend Kim's Plumbing for any of your plumber needs.
