Yea cool you fixed my plumbing, but I didn't pay you to mess up my front pouch with whatever it is that you splattered on it and leave what you took out of the sink ON MY COUNTER. Like seriously?! On top of that you left your wet towels to soak on the floor? If I can leave no stars I would. Smh!

Definitely did us right! Fantastic customer service Vince and Steve on time and very efficient. I feel the bill was fair for rerouting our hot water through the attic, and no mess. This happened on Memorial Day and we called them and Vince came in like 10 minutes to check it out. Definately will be using them again if needed, did a Great Job! Thanks Kim's Plumbing, your AWESOME!

Kim's Plumbing...Daniel solved our water flow problems today (via rooftop snaking) and we very much appreciate his professionalism, dedication and thoroughness. His confident knowledge and troubleshooting approach made us believers. I'd bet 10 to 1 that if Daniel responds to your call, you won't be disappointed. Also, as retired folks, the cost was more than fair for the work performed. Our five story rating here is well deserved.

I had issues with the toilets in my residence that needed to be addressed. I called Kim's plumbing just prior to noon and was scheduled for an appointment the same day with a window between 2-4 PM. At 3 PM the truck arrived. The toilet issues were repaired and hardware was replaced by Daniel from Kim's plumbing. The cost was reasonable. Daniel did an outstanding job.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is the best plumbing company in Fresno. So, I'm having a New Years Eve Party for 30 or so people and the hot water valve beneath my guest bathroom sink breaks. Water is shooting out 3 feet across the bathroom. I have guests and the catering crew at my house and I have to shut off my water main on New Years Eve....that means no sinks and no bathrooms for anyone. I make a call to Kims at 9:30pm and I get a call back from their Tech with in 15 min. I explained the situation and he was as here in 30 min. Repair was easy and fixed with in 20 min....my New Years party was saved!!! This company was awesome and went above and beyond the call of duty at 9:30pm on New Years Eve. They have earned a customer for life!!!!

We have used Kim's plumbing for years, even when it was Bedrogian Plumbing. They have always done an excellent fpjob. Recently they installed grab bars in our bathroom, and last week I called them to what I believed a faulty water heater, because the heater was old and only supplied warm water, not hot. Their service man Daniel, inspected the heater and found out it was set on low, years ago by ONE. He adjusted the heater and returned one hour later to see if it cycled ok. It was fine, and we saved at least 1000 dollars by not having to replace water heater.Great honest service, best you could ask for, and I recommend Kim's plumbing to anyone

Called and scheduled a plumber to come out. Waited over a week for our pre-set date. I called their office to confirm that they would have the part we needed to install on our new sink. The guy showed up, said he only had a galvanized color, and that the $99 quoted price was in addition to the $135 flat rate to install the faucet. We were never told this before. They had no idea how long it would take, and acted like they didn't want to help fix our issue. Definitely do not recommend. Worst experience ever.

I called to have a washer changed in a faucet as well as to disconnect and remove my garbage disposal. The man that showed up said he could not do the work on the garbage disposal because it was hardwired so I need to call an electrician. He changed the washer on the hot water faucet and when I requested him to change the cold water faucet at the same time, he ignored me. Then he charged me $120. To change a washer on a faucet. I will never call them again.

We have used Kim's plumbing a couple times this year. Excellent service, fast, and reliable. Steve is the best. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
