Kimmons fixed an undetected problem that was created when my house was built over four years ago. When I called, Jeremy asked me to send pictures. When he saw them, he said it was one of three possible issues. He was right. Jerry honed in on the leak and contained the repair to a 2'x3' drywall patch! I'm not sure anyone else would have been so considerate. Kimmons Plumbing saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. They were careful to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum, and they cleaned up when they were finished the job! They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work well within the timeframe they gave me. Jeremy, Jerry, and Cade were knowledgable and professional, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Kimmons Plumbing and will definitely call them again when the need arises.

I would not recommend. The dishwasher install was horrible. Jeremy kept saying it was an under counter install. The owners manual said it's a side mount due to granite countertops. I also said my cousin who has done this for 25 years said it's a side mount. Jeremy's reply was to have my cousin come do the work. And the plastic covering sheeting was not removed to below the handle. So Jeremy screwed the handle on over the protective covering. He said it's the owners job to remove it. So now when I attempted to remove it, I have pieces of the protective covering sticking out around handle area. Not attractive. When I called the owner to discuss the issues, he had no intention of following up on this. I got the feeling that Jeremy word is golden.

I found a pinhole leak in our garbage disposal and called Kimmons Plumbing late on a Monday afternoon. The person on the phone said they were very busy but would do their best to work us in quickly because we were nearby and there was always someone at home. Sure enough I got a call Tuesday morning from Jeremy saying he had just finished a job and could fit us in before lunch. I had already indicated that I would accept their recommendation for a replacement disposal so he brought it with him. In less than an hour the old disposal was out, the new one in and extensive leakage tests had been performed. Job well done! I was billed for the replacement disposal plus one hour labor. The price of the replacement was competetive with what I would have paid for a similar unit anywhere - no gouging mark up. I appreciated the quick service and professional work,

I found Kimmons online. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to try them. They installed two toilets and two shower heads for us. Jeremy was one of the plumbers and my mom could not have been more pleased with the service. They were efficient, honest and did their work with integrity. They will get all of our future business. From the initial call,(with Tommy Kimmons) to the service itself, (Jeremy and Bre) I tell you customer service was excellent. We had to get a kitchen faucet installed, and new plumbing under the sink. To boot, this all happened Christmas Eve Day! (2018)....We were not charged any extra for it being holiday time. The guys were right on time and very professional, and pricing is very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Our garbage disposal started leaking last night, and I called this morning in hopes of getting someone out by the middle of next week when we were scheduled to leave. Imagine my surprise and delight when the reply was, """"ma'am, I have plumbers in your area now and should be able to get someone to you today - Monday at the latest,"""". and even greater surprise when the phone rang less than 2 hours later - the plumber was on his way! They diagnosed and fixed the problem in just over an hour. Jimmy and his assistant were pleasant, professional and careful about both safety and clean-up. Price was reasonable, and included a senior discount. Definitely our go-to plumber from here on out!
