Wow, I'm very impressed! This was a recommendation from a friend. I called on a Saturday and wasn't expecting a call back until Monday, but was called back within minutes. I shared what was going on with my garbage disposal, assuming I needed a new one. He offered to come out to my house immediately and stated he wouldn't charge me as he thought it just needed to be unhung (I was getting ready to leave the house so I couldn't meet). It sounded simple to fix and he walked me through how to fix it myself over the phone then sent me a YouTube video. I literally was able to fix it myself. I'd trust this company and recommend them to anyone. That's great customer service and sheer kindness! Can I give you 10 stars please!!!

Joe and I have used Kimbrell's Plumbing for many years. This is an honest, reliable plumbing company that is always a pleasure to work with. The late Larry Kimbrell worked along with his son Daniel for many years and I'm sure instilled the importance of business integrity along with a great work ethic in Daniel. Daniel always responds in a timely manner; is easy to schedule; and even cleans up after himself before leaving! Great young man and plumber!

I used Kimbrell's for the third time today, and was typically satisfied with their promptness, courtesy, efficiency, and price. Today's call was about a two-year-old garbage disposal that had sprung a leak from a pot metal part of its construction. The unit had been previously replaced by a no-name business under our AHS home warranty. Daniel Kimbrell arrived about 90 minutes after my call to them, with the correct part and all the tools and adjunct pieces to complete the job professionally. He called when he was 10 minutes away, to ensure that we were ready for him to show up. Twenty minutes later, the old unit was out and in their truck for disposal, the new unit was in, and their work area was spotlessly clean (probably cleaner than when they got here). Daniel was ably assisted by his father, Larry, whom I have known for many years to be an upstanding, honest, ethical, respectable, and respectful tradesman and pillar of our community. On one of their previous visits, Kimbrell's replaced our four toilets with ADA compliant units, charging a fraction of what others had quoted. Another visit involved replacing a unique -- and very broken and leaking -- connector for a faucet, and Larry said it was such an easy job that he wouldn't charge us for it! Another visit involved diagnosing and repairing a temperature-compensating shower valve, which he was able to do in ten minutes, including replacing the defective valve, adjusting the valve seat, and instructing us on the proper use of the valve to prevent future issues. I have given Kimbrell's numerous referrals to friends, business colleagues, and relatives, and all of them have thanked me for discovering and sharing a true professional. As a Quality Executive for a Fortune 50 corporation, I've been exposed to all types and conditions of businesses, and can only wish that they all could hold up a candle to Kimbrell. I could not recommend them more highly.
