0 stars, that is my rating.My story is pretty much the same as Kendall L. Dec. 30 2014 one of the Kimbles came out, I have since learned a little more about how the cleaning of the main lines work. he had what look like a small coil thing on the roto router thing, which means he was just poking small holes through,which ment I had the same problem 3 months latter. after several days I did get him to come do it again. BUT about 3 months latter the same problem.So I called out the street dept. they ran a camera through the sewer ( I have pictures ) where my clean out met the sewer there are roots. the street dept. could not believe that some one did work on my cleanout. they told me that IF it had been done right the roots would not be there like that. So Kimble told me he would give me a refund, just give him a few days, well thats been almost 3 weeks, the low life will not return any of my calls, ( I call several times a day ). long story short I called out ACE plumbing. they showed me a 4 and 6 inch blade, that they used to to the clean outs, NOW the job is done the right way. Thanks ACE Plumbing. Now I have shit in my walls and have to have them cut out and replaced 1 foot up from the floors, new moldings, plus some of my stuff is ruined.I plan on taking these so called plumbers to small claims court. If you are looking for a plumber DO NOT CALL Kimble's

Carl Kimble was commissioned to clear the main line running from my home to the street sewer system.

Carl did the bare minimum to restore water flow, two months later the same problem persist, Carl refused to remedy.

After speaking with Carl, providing him ample opportunity to remedy his pitiful job from February, he said he would visit to properly clean the line - Carl never showed up and refused to answer repeat phone calls.

I had to have a separate plumber correct Carl's terrible work and incur additional cost. I now intend to file suit in Small Claims court against Carl Kimble.

As an aside, Carl illegally operates his business, he has a twin brother, Keith (I believe), who is NOT a licensed plumber in Indiana, but is sent by Carl to work on jobs. You cant tell the difference between the guys, but will pay the same for an unlicensed plumber and a licensed plumber if you dare contemplate the use of Kimble's Plumbing.
