Justin and James came out within an hour and got our water heater up and running within 1/2 hour. Very professional and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Our hot water heater that is located in the crawl space of our house decided to spring a leak. Unfortunately it wasn't discovered until there was about 6 inches of water in the area around the heater. I called Kimball's and someone came in about a half hour ! James and Taylor ended up going into the crawl space and set up a pump to move the water out. The next day they came back and installed a new water heater. Both guys were very professional and friendly . Thank you Kimball' Plumbing and Thank you again James and Taylor.

Just got our faucet fixed in our kitchen by Dan from Kimball's plumbing. Could not be happier, just moved in and kitchen sink started a good size leak. Called in a semi controlled panic, but everyone reassured us it would be taken of, and they did. Thank you so much Dan, for your great work. Problem solved. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks

We had an air conditioning problem and call Kimball's. Jesus came within a few hours and did a great job. He identified the problem right away and finished in a timely manner. Thanks for social distancing and being so efficient.

Heat pump has been out for a month . Finally decided to fix it. Called Kimball's on Monday and they set up to come first thing Tuesday morning. Kimball's called first thing, 830 am and asked if they could take a look at the Unit and repair. The tech that arrived was Jesus. He diagnosed and repaired with in 1 hr. Didn't want to get in his way but we did have a little chat time. He was super super nice and professional. 5 star rating goes out for Jesus for being professional and extremely nice and explained a few questions i asked. I am now from this point on , a Kimball's new and happy customer..

Dan was amazing! He arrived on time and worked quickly. The seal on our guest bath toilet failed. I sold real estate for 10 years and know a bit more than the average person about plumbing. He obviously knew his craft. He took the time to explain why the seal failed and how best to fix it so that it wouldn't happen again. Awesome experience and will definitely call Kimballs (and Dan!) again for any plumbing issues.

I've had a few prior experiences with plumbers and I can say this one was great. They showed up when they said they would, identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I had a hot water pipe leaking in my crawl space. Pricing was very reasonable. Zero aggravation. THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!
