They were very professional and courteous when they serviced my home, I had the father and son working in the house and they did a good job. They explained to me what they did and answered my questions. I would call them again!

I rent so this is who our company sends. If I could choose, it would not be these people. They are unfriendly, will not explain anything to you and always leave a huge mess behind. Very unprofessional.

Had them out for repair and the faucet still didn't produce hot water, they said would call manufacturer and get back to me. I called them twice never called manufacturer and never got back to me. Avoid this company!

The plumber came out to fix a leak. The plumber did not have the part so he went to home depot on South Side to get the part even though we had two home depot closer. They charged us 238.00 most of it on labor (which included going to the store) When I complained to the office they said that was how they did things. When I called the owner he said he would fix another problem and make up for the charge have not heard from him yet. The job was done on Thursday. Avoid these people there are more honest plumbers out there. The job took 30 minutes and we were charged for two hours. Will never use them again and have more work to have done but they are not on my list. When I asked if they were members of the better business bureau they said that was just a scam and not worth the membership. Yeah I see why these guys don't want to join. Stay away from these guys.

Got multiple quotes to fix a slab leak in my house. Most places made an appointment to come out to give the quote, and then try to schedule a new appointment to fix it. Kimball Plumbing gave me their pricing over the phone and set an appointment to get it fixed, even called when they had a cancellation so that they could get it done sooner. I expected to have to replace most of the tile in the area the leak was assumed to be, but happily surprised they were able to identify exactly where the leak was on the first try and only had to remove 2 tiles to complete the job. I'd definitely recommend hiring kimball plumbing...very professional, quality work, fair price.

UPDATE: Some pipes broke under the house. My slumlord, Warren Merrill, and Kimball must have had an agreement to break the law together because Kimball re-plumbed the house without a permit and without an inspection. When I called them to ask for the permit number, the receptionist hung up on me, then Kimball read the review below and told my slumlord that they wouldn't work with me anymore. This is the third time I've had problems with Kimball Plumbing. I rent my house, so, I can't fire them, but, I would if I could. The most recent event went like this: one of the metal pipes to an outdoor spigot was not screwed into the house (even though Kimball had just replumbed the entire house, they never fixed this), so, I pulled on the hose and the entire pipe broke off under ground. On 3/2/14 Kimball sent a service guy out to fix the pipe. He fixed it, then turned an irrigation line ON - a water line that I've never used in the 5 years I've lived here. Since the day of his service, the line has been leaking 2500 gallons of water per day, according to my JEA report. I called Kimball to come fix the problem, which I thought was still the broken pipe attached to the outdoor spigot. However, while the guys were here, I figured out that the irrigation line was what was causing the problem. I called Kimball and asked them who was going to pay for the 23,000 gallons of water that leaked since their guy turned on the irrigation line. As usual, they denied that it was their problem. They said that it isn't their fault that the irrigation system has a leak. I told them that it didn't have a leak when the irrigation line was turned OFF as it was supposed to be. They wouldn't settle it with me, they said that my slumlord, Warren Merrill, owner of The No Name Bar in St. Augustine and Your Place in Jacksonville, would have to pay it, which he didn't.

I have used Kimball Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs and would continue to call them for any plumbing needs. They called when they were on the way, showed up on schedule, fixed my problems, and gave me a free estimate! Great service if you ask me..
