Kris was nothing short of amazing. Courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Unlike some of the other plumbers in the area, he helped me weigh the pros and cons of a substantially big project without pushing me in the least. In the end, we settled on replacing the entire gas line of the Craftsman house that I bought and Kris take care of it in a matter of hours. The other great part was that his quote was extremely reasonable. Rare are the professionals like him these days. It was a pleasure working with Kris. Great job , found them on Yelp and they responded quickly and with a reasonable price . 2 guys came out and quickly replaced an old gate valve for my water main . They were in and out in an hour, very professional and friendly . Will hire them again in the future . It's great when businesses respond through the Yelp app, makes it so much easier

I tried to hire Khoury Mechanical for a job that they quoted. First, no show on the day of the scheduled job. Then they would not call back to reschedule. I do understand the owner was not able to do anything for a period of time. However, when he returned to work he said he would be there on Friday - No Show. He said he'd call on Monday to reschedule. No call and completely ghosted us. Unreliable and very poor communication.

Kris showed up on time as promised. Observed COVID 19 protocol, very patient and professional in answering questions; knowledgeable at his trade. When asked about proof of bond, liability insurance and workmen's compensation, Kris willingly answered that it is available upon request. on the contrary, some were hesitant and aggressive.

As an active Yelper and really rely on Yelp reviews, this is the place we always turn to in case of any home issues, and as always, it didn't disappoint me. I saw Khoury Mechanical on Yelp and with other plumbing businesses out there, I asked for a quote. He's the first 5-star rating company that replied.

Kris Khoury, the owner/plumber is not just very professional but also very nice, a very trustworthy person. He really knows his craft.

Having a broken water heater is a pain in this cold times but most especifically, a pain in our pocket. There's nothing we can do about it because nothing really lasts, everything will break eventually. Am I Right? So, the best thing we can do is find the not so expensive remedy, and luckily we have Yelp to help us. We have a lot of options!

Kris tried fixing our old water heater and replaced some parts, unfortunately the supposed to be new and upgraded replacement parts doesn't work anymore on those old brand. The sad part is that it's non-returnable and non-refundable. Funny right? Ripped Off! Unbelievable. (smh)

The best remedy is of course replace the whole water heater with the new and not so expensive but good quality ones because the existing old one will not really last longer anymore. Aside from being 8 years old, it's not that good of a brand too.

Everything cost me $1400. Expensive or not, I'm not sure. It's up to you to find out with the company that you picked. As for me, I knew somebody that cost them $2000 for the replacement of their water heater, so on my part, it's less expensive, it's just fair & right, and the best part is, Kris is just within reach.

So, I guess you have now an idea how much will you shell out for the replacement of your water heater in the near future when it's time for total replacement, which by the way is really essential.

So, if your looking for a very dependable, reliable, and trusthworthy plumber for your water heater, Kris Khoury of Khoury Mechanical is very highly recommended.
