Keyliam was the second company sent to me by American Home Shield after I refused to have the first company at my home (a horrible experience and that company's reviews explain why). VJ from Keyliam was a prince!! He contacted me right after he was assigned the dispatch from AHS. He asked if I could send pictures of my unit and pictures of how many times the light was blinking, legend, etc. to speed up the process. I did all that and he agreed it was the burner. He said he would have to order parts and get approval from AHS. He called exactly when he said he would and showed up less than 24 hrs from AHS approving the work. He was a very nice person and the whole process went very smoothly. I was so grateful to him for his professionalism after the other company was so horrible on initial contact. I would use Keyliam again!

Very appreciative of the great service we had with this company. We live in Santa Clarita. Usually when we call another company for a service, such as this, we get prepared for being told we need a whole bunch of other work done to get ""up to code"".
My husband was pleasantly surprised with KEYLIAM & Sons. He's the kind of man who would like to know what's going on. He just doesn't want the repair done and the people leaving. He wants to know what is happening. He wants to keep up-to-date and he likes to ask questions. Many companies don't like this. When this contractor came to our house my husband said this man was genuinely interested in what my husband wanted to discuss. He felt the contractor knew what he was talking about and they had a great discussion. He repaired the problem easily and with the quoted fee, no extras. We do understand sometimes there is extra work to bring places up to code or to fix a problem. But in this case, the plumbing we needed done my husband knew for a fact that we were already up to code, he was prepared beforehand. He did his homework and fact checking. He was pleasantly surprised, that this guy was spot on, and everything was accurate. My husband will be happy to use their services again if need be.

Excellent service! I had asked for service for a leaking shower and broken toilet plumbing via American Home Shield (AHS.) I had just barely finished putting in the order through AHS when AJ called. I was expecting to be scheduled for a few days from now but AJ said he could be here in 15 or 20 minutes -- and he was! He immediately fixed both problems correctly.

How nice it is to get someone who knows what he is doing, does it fast and does it right. This is rare.

Save your time, money and nerves DO NOT GO with this company. Unfortunately My insurance company assigned them to me, they are unprofessional, no customer service, rude and inappropriate. I was asking the guy who showed up to do the job questions as to what needed to be changed and what the issue was making sure that I can answer questions if I am being asked what the job was. The whole time he was ignoring me and giving me attitude until I lost my patience because I was being ignored and getting bad looks. So I lost my patient and I told him if he had issue with me or what the problem was because I am asking him a normal decent question anyone would ask and he said look lady you asking questions and I was like yes because I will be asked this questions and I want make sure I know the answers and they were normal questions such as was it only the faucet the issue? Will you look again to make sure it won't leak. Suddenly he picks up his stuff left the plumbing stuff out didn't even try to put it back together how it was and just left he said he won't do this job. I even asked him kindly if he can please finish the job since I waited for this appointment and this was an urgent escalated he just left and called me names and disrespected me. I am humiliated never have ever seen such a thing. Please read all the negative reviews I just did and they all say the same thing.

Our water heater began to leak from the top, and we needed a repairman to come quickly.

A year ago Keyliam & Sons came out to replace an attachment to our water heater in July. This is how we had their information. And we had a good experience with them then. Although our Home Warranty (AHS) got the information wrong a couple of times, and qualify the issue properly, therefore don't act quickly or as reasonably expected, the technician here did!

He came out the next day because it was late in the day when the issue and need was clearly established. And in our expectation (that it may take two days to get a new water heater), he came with a new replacement water heater the next day.

Thank you Keyliam & Son's for actually listening to the issue, responding and moving ahead to correct the situation reasonably and professionally! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of their services!

I used Keyliam & Sons through AHS, but I'd use his services again in a heartbeat. I can't understand the lower ratings for this company. 2 visitors in town, so a household with 5 women and 2 of the bathrooms blocked! Keyliam responded within 30 minutes of the request, maybe less, during a very busy week.

Owner, VJ, showed up within another 15-20 minutes and had to monster snake out the side cleanup as well as the sink cleanout. He had every tool needed. I've snaked out clogs before and it's not a fun job. He was friendly, quick, efficient and cracked a good joke. And my clogs are gone.
