I would not use this company. American Home Shield sent this company out to give me an estimate for repairing or replacing my leaking water heater. They (Keyliam & Sons) told me I needed to install an expansion tank, new vents, drain pan and discharge line, all of which was according to them required by the city code. I called the city Building and Permit office and they said there was no code requiring all of the items I mentioned above. All of the ancillary items they said were not up to code where in fact up to code. No need to change them. All of the pricing on the items they proposed to change out were marked up some 300 to 600 percent. For instance they tried to charge me $110.00 for an earth quake strap that I can purchase at Home Depot for $17.68. Even if you allow for a 20% mark up on parts and give them 1 hour of labor charge at $30.00 per hour, they are still over charging me at 150%. I hate when contractors try to rip you off. This company needs to reassess how its' doing business and stop trying to rip people off. And learn the codes for each city they work in and stop making up BS.

This is the worst plumbing company I've ever dealt with. If there is less than one star, I would have given them one. We were assigned this company through First American Home Warranty. They came to regulate our water pressure since it was too high. Eddie, claimed that we need to change all the pieces, we paid him $200 for the pieces. Within 2 Months, the pipes that he changed were leaking. We called the company and asked them to repair their pipes that they replaced. They refused to come since they only give 30 days warranty. I was begging the company and told them that it has been less than 2 months and the leak is significant and it must be fixed. They said it's not their job to fix any damage even if it came from the new pipes that they installed. This is the most unprofessional poor quality plumbing company I've ever dealt with.

He answered the phone ""Yeah..."" and I had to ask if he was a plumber.

I explained the problem, & asked for a quote... Well, it depends on the work.

They were sent out by my home warranty company to fix a leaking bathroom sink drain. This was the 2nd company sent out to fix the same issue. The first company spent 2 minutes on the site, told my wife they needed to order a part and we never heard from them again. That company told the home warranty company that we were missing a part to the drain and the home warranty denied the claim.
After 2 1/2 hours on the phone with the warranty company they agreed to send out a different plumber to access the issue, as I very clearly told them it couldn't all of a sudden be missing a part.
When Keyliam and Sons showed up, I did not mention what the last company told us. Guess what?...there weren't any parts missing. It was a broken part.
I found Keyliam to be very straightforward, honest and quick. They very quickly assessed the situation and fixed it right the first time. After he was finished, I told him that the last plumber mentioned that there was a part missing. He looked at me in disbelief.
In need of a plumber, hire these guys, they know what they're doing and you won't be disappointed.

I had two other companies at my house through my home warranty, and they didn't 1. Do anything or 2. Left without completing the job.
Keyliam came (on time I might add), fixed all the issues with no hesitation and completed the work in a short time. They also explained what needed to be done.
I would definitely hire them again
