Keyco came out this morning man had no mask on and nose dripping I have problem with hot water heater. He didnt know what the problem was so told me not to worry until my house exploited. They charged my a trouble high price for nothing. Complained to office manager and was told that is the way it is so beware

Keyco was quick and responsive and was able to work around my schedule. Thomas was great and was able to fix several different problems with our plumbing, in the kitchen and the bathrooms.

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and have used Keyco on every repair - 7 of them. I set up service call yesterday with owner Gerald who told me the work Lonnie did in July was warranted for 1 year. The repair wasn't done properly - it leaked. Lonnie came today and 1st thing he said was the part couldn't be tightened because it wasn't installed the way he would done it. So, that's admitting the hose bid replacement Keyco did years backs wasn't installed the way it should have been. He said because they did it that way he couldn't tighten the washer. So, I told him do whatever to fix it. He replaced the hose bib I believe and wanted to charge me for the work he should have done in July. I refused to pay. I called Keyco spoke to Gerald's wife who was rude and said if I don't pay the next time I need repair on the part to call another plumber. I told her her husband told me it was warranty for 1 year. I heard her ask him if that's what he told me. He said yes. Then she told me that if they did the work and it ever need repair i would have to pay. Well, what happened to a year warranty? I went outside and Lonnie was using his welder and told me their was leak. He lied. Instead he took off the new part he had replaced and basically didn't do anything. By the way, his wife is as nasty as can be. You can bet I will be using another plumber in the future, and I will never refer anyone to them again - something I've done many times on nextdoor.
