Bill is an honest and reliable guy! He backs up his work and shows up when he says he is going to show up. I had to have my entire plumbing replaced this year and he stood behind his work when I had one minor issue pop up when it was done. Bill was out at my home the next day to fix. He also helped me fix a bathroom vanity my contractor put in incorrectly! I highly recommend Bill and his guy Ryan. It's hard to find good and honest contractors these days, so Bill is a fresh breath of air. I'm also a Realtor and have referred him to clients! Which is HUGE in the Realtor world!

Wow! I could not be happier with the service I just received from Key Plumbing Solutions. I just just experienced a disgusting sewage backup situation which was starting to flood my living room floor. Bill, the owner, came himself within an hour of my calling and had the situation under control in no time. My first experience with with Key Plumbing started well, the guys were on time, and spent 4-5 hours working on various repairs on two apartments I own, and got the job done. They inadvertently left one shower not in working order, due to a communication issue about the new valve and trim I bought at Lowes which turned out to be terrible quality, but Bill the owner was responsive to my complaint, and came back and made the situation right. thanks Bill, I really appreciate it!!

Water pouring out of a light fixture from 2 levels up into my basement on THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!! I don't expect Bill or his team to always be available on a holiday but that is the service he gave me during my emergency water issue on Thanksgiving. I can not thank him enough, there is not enough room on any review sheet for the praise I could give, but truly just know that their is not another plumber I can thank as much as I thank Bill at Key Plumbing Solutions. Of course, I would recommend him to everyone but especially for emergency needs.

I hired Key Plumbing Solutions to install some bathroom fixtures, one of which was a pedestal sink. They installed the pedestal normally rather than fitting it below the light fixture which is 4 inches to the left of the sink center. Now my bathroom is something right out of a Dr. Seuss book. If they would have pointed it out I would have purchased a vanity instead of installing the pedestal or would have had them simply install the parts that would allow the sink to sit properly beneath the light fixture (even if the pipes showed, it would be better than the circus in there now). Bill Griggs, the owner, had previously worked on my daughter's house and had done a good job (despite not pointing out that her bathtub was leaking while working in one of her bathrooms so now she gets to pay another plumber's base fee to come out even though he could have fixed it while he was already there). After several phone calls they did not even show the common curtesy of responding to me to discuss. After I submitted a complaint on the BBB, Bill responded tersely and has made no attempt to right the situation. Lesson: should have paid with a credit card so I could have disputed the transaction.

I already knew Bill was a plumber I could trust, so I referred him to my neighbors, who also happen to be very good friends. They are super meticulous about maintaining their late 1970's era home, that is beginning to need more maintenance. They had a pipe freeze up on them and burst a couple of years ago, and Bill was there to help them - FAST!

Just this week, my neighbors apparently had some buildup in their main drain out of the house, so they had Bill come out and jet-clean their drain. I wouldn't have known about this, except that my neighbors were so happy with Bill's service and value, that they went out of their way to thank me for introducing them to Bill, and his company.

Whether it's an emergency repair or a routine cleaning, Bill and his team will be handling all of my plumbing needs (and my neighbor's, too)!

I highly recommend Bill and his team for your plumbing needs. He has done work on my older house more than a few times over the last few years for water line repair/replacement, gas line installation and a H20 heater installation. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, competitively priced and does great work. All things that are important when considering any type of service. Whereas other companies have repeatedly tried to get me to spend thousands of dollars digging up and replacing a sewer line, Bill has kept the lines clear.
