Sally D.Greg Key is my ""go to guy"" for all my septic system needs. He has pumped our system several times and when he leaves, my yard where the tank is located has the same appearance as when he arrived. When I called the last time for a septic cleanout, he showed me I didn't need one and then found the problem and fixed it. Not only that, he is a very nice and respectful man. As long as he is in business and I own my house, he will continue to be my ""go to guy.""

When he came to pump my septic tank, he took the time to educate me on how a septic tank works and how I could determine myself whether the problem was a low-cost repair or an expensive septic field replacement. He quoted me a price if I needed the low-cost repair and stood by his quote when he returned to do the job.
Reiford H.Greg came out today during 28 degree temperatures, snow showers and 35 MPH wind and replaced the pipe from my house to the septic tank. Did a very professional job, cleaned up all old pipe and smoothed the excavation over. Have had him pump the tank several times. Always does a professional job!
