The receptionist that answered the phone decided to tell ME, what was wrong with my septic tank before I had the opportunity to speak. She continued to speak over me and once I could get a word in, she told me they had no availability until July. I simply hung up on her and posted this review. If you're lacking in business, she's likely you're problem. I'll never call this establishment again! The one star is to post this review...you don't even deserve it.

I called Key City about a clogged septic line to the toilet in one of my properties. I had already tried to unclog myself because I didn't want to wait for a plumber. Jennifer sent someone out same day and they did a great job. I'll definitely call them again.

These guys rock! We were left high and dry with a broken pump and these guys came through. Showed up on time, pumped our tanks. Found out our pump was not working. Went to town and got a new pump and installed it for us. They went well above what they had to. Job well done!
