I hired this company before Christmas to unstop a toilet. He did and we talked about replacing that toilet. I told him we would go to home depot and buy the toilet, he said 200.00 to install it. So we had that done. A couple days after my husband said that new toilet is rocking can you contact the plumber. He said he would come out to check it, he didn't. Meanwhile my husband had a major health issue and was hospitalized, so we couldn't address it then. When things improved I contacted Kevin again, and he said he'd stop buy and look at it on his way home, he was on a septic job. He did, and said he never leaves a house with it rocking. We are average weight people, not heavy, did he think we did something to it? But he said he would fix it but didn't have the truck with parts with him so he'd contact me. He didn't. So several weeks later it quit working, I sent him a text. He called me back and immediately said who is this in an angry voice. I told him and he started yelling at me. Told me he wasn't going into anybody's house right now, and said he was sick and tired of hearing about this, that he's installed hundreds of toilets and he never leaves one rocking and he was tired of hearing from me. I was shocked, because he had been very nice when he was here. I said well we paid 200 dollars to have this toilet installed and we don't feel like it should be rocking. He said I'll give you the 200 dollars back, and be done with it, I'm sick and tired of hearing about it. Then in the course of the conversation he changed it and said he'll give me half of the money back and I can get someone else. Well at the end of the conversation, he was still yelling at me, he said this is how it is, I'll give you half the money back, I know your address and you can call another plumber to come fix it, I'm sick of hearing from you and I don't want to hear from you again. I said well if that's how you want to be. He said that is how it's going to be I don't ever want to hear from you again and hung up. Please be warned. He advertises he gives senior and veteran discounts, he doesn't, we are both and he never offered. He is not to be trusted. If I could give lower than a 1 star I would. I have talked to two of my friends about this and will tell anyone I encounter that needs a plumber.

My toilet was backed up and we initially thought it was the septic tank needing to be pumped. I called Kevin and he was extremely professional and was able to service me the next day. His staff was professional and on-time. They were honest and told me the tank did not need to be flushed. I was extremely appreciative for not being taken advantage of in that manner. I would absolutely love to continue working with this company, however, I gave 3 stars because I do feel their """"service fee"""" was extremely expensive. I had to pay $375. I would have love to have known this information upfront. There are other companies around that will charge $175 for an inspection and it needed to be pumped then the price would jump up. Please ask the right questions before deciding on any company. Again, his professionalism, courtesy, and quick response time was unmatched.

This past weekend our hot water heater gave out and flooded the garage, we scrambled to get everything out; it was truly a nightmare! First thing Sunday morning (yes, Sunday!) Kevin showed up, I admit I was a little skeptical,( he looked so young...) but he got to work right away and got the heater out, that was a feat within itself, the heater had been installed (behind) a gas line , in a very small cabinet and up on a 4ft. riser!! Kevin figured out how to get around all the barriers. He quickly went and got a new one, but before installing it he had to remove MOLD, repair the board it was to sit on and stabilize the whole riser ( what Plumber does that!!!?) He was pleasant ,really knowledgeable and """"Ladies"""" he cleans up! after his work. I will recommend him 100%

Kevin's Plumbing service is great! Very courteous, Prompt and professional. My water heater burst in my garage. I called Kevin and he told me how to turn the leak off from the tank so that it would not flood my home. He was out here prompt and early next morning to replace with a new water heater. I strongly recommend Kevin's Plumbing Service. I scheduled an appointment with Kevin's Plumbing Service because I had a leak in my laundry room. Kevin and Ron arrived when he said they would. He assessed the problem and quoted a price that I believe was reasonable and fair. The repair was completed in short order and he cleaned up afterward. The his final bill was the same as his quote. They came the next day, so they were responsive. However, I was charged $770 to pump a 1500 gal. tank and they did not completely pump all of it. Complete rip off. Other companies charge $299 AND provide a complete inspection (piping, lines, drain field, etc.).
