Asked for an estimate to replace the water heater in our home. Owner came out to assess and said he would call back with a date/estimate. Waited 2 weeks and not a call. Called him back and said he was delayed and would call back. Waited another 2+ weeks and still no call. If a contractor doesn't want to do a job, they should just say so. We kept waiting to give him the benefit of the doubt- now wouldn't let him in our house if the service was free. If their attitude is so bad just at the bidding phase, how good could it be when they come to perform their service? AVOID this contractor, there's better out there!

Came and reviewed the project, said they would do, but never called to arrange a time.
Called back over a week later and was again told they would come. Months later and they are not even returning calls. Very disappointed. If they didn't want to do the job should be upfront about it.
