If you want substandard work and disrespectful customer service then these are the guys for you.
After advising them that their installation failed and being told it would be two or three days till they could get to me,nearly twelve weeks have passed and now they won't even take my calls. A word to the wise ... avoid this business!

He came within 20 minutes of the first contact. Said we needed our heater replaced. Came the next day to replace the heater, charged $1100 for a $5-600 heater. Argued about the payment. Still never got an invoice in my email. Didn't tighten the bolts on the gas pipe so we had to call National Fuel. Also didn't put a shut off valve on the hot water pipe he replaced. DO NOT CALL HIM.

I have only the best things to say about Kevin and his team. If you are considering him for work in your home I would highly recommend hiring them. Kevin is everything you'd want in a tradesperson- reliable and punctual, trustworthy, honest and so knowledgeable. We just bought a new house in Amherst and he did all of the plumbing/gas for a first floor laundry room (including moving ducts to run the plumbing and give me my dream laundry room) and fixed several big leaks in our basement. He'll be coming back to fix our hot water heater and sump pump soon. They always showed up on time which is really important for me. I was so impressed when he quoted me X amount for a job and the work came in under that so he told me I actually owed him less; I never would've known if he had just charged me the amount quoted. He is also so responsive by phone/text and always had the patience to answer any questions I had.

Redoing the bathroom on our rental and contacted Kevin to refinish a bathroom before tenants had to be moved in June 1st. He knew about the job 2 weeks in advance and had agreed to do the work... May 31st he backed out, left us scrambling to find a plumber to finish the job. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I understand that people are busy but some heads up would have been nice. Will never be using Kevin again and will not recommend him to friends and fellow landlords. Thank God for Mike Mangione for taking time out of his schedule to accommodate, sympathizing with our situation. Would leave 0 stars here if I could!

This is my go to guy. Any problem I've had he has diagnosed and fixed appropriately. From the smallest of problems, like lighting a hot water tank, installing one, or running new pipes up my walls, he's always on time, professional, and reasonably priced. You can trust him with your home. He's a family guy and it shows that he takes pride in his work. Call him.
