Kevin was very professional and on time. He installed whole house water filter system and reverse osmosis . Worked perfect. He also installed smart toilet with no problem. He is an excellent hardworking gentleman. I would recommend him to everyone.
Thanks Kevin

Renee W.Kevin is responsible, reliable and responsive. He can be a bit pricey but you should discuss all costs up front to avoid any misunderstandings. When I call him, he comes right away and I have had to that 3 times - most recently on a Saturday night and he was there within the hour! He will also provide you with good recommendations for other vendors if your problem is out of his scope.
John D.Called on Kevin in another emergency type situation and he responded within the hour and was at my house in less than an hour.
Very business like in demeanor, professional and conscientious. Stopped leak and price was reasonable.
Again, has tendency to ignore pricing up front but I honestly don't believe there's any nefarious intent behind it. He just sees the issue and gets to work. Pricing to him is secondary. Good far outweighs the bad. Will use again.
I highly recommend Kevin's plumbing Kevin himself has come to my condo on more than one occasion from replacing a hot water heater on New Year's Day no less and today on a Sunday morning to repair a. Broken pipe. Kevin is honest and very reliable . In need of a good plumber look no further
Ronald G.I had no water in my house, called Kevin's plumbing and in 15 minutes he restored water. Courteous and professional always, gets the job done.
Christine M.He replaced my neighbor's water softner & his unsupervised, unlicensed worker dumped the contents of the old softner at the base of my 8-10 foot evergreens bordering the properties by my neighbor's basement door where the water softner was. When I contacted him about this as my trees died rapidly due to the heavy salt water he told me to, ""GET OVER IT I DIDN'T KILL YOUR TREES MOVE ON""!!! I have a police report, text messages & pictures documenting his negligence & destruction of my property. He is arrogant & unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with BBB & am prepared to pursue a civil suit.
Waited months. Never returns calls. Finally got in touch, made an appointment and took the day off that day and the next in case I needed to be home. He never showed up.
Called on a Saturday, was prompt to answer, Had low water pressure, thought it was something serious, he assured me it was the tank needing to fill.. charged me 175.00 for 12 minutes.. next day my well pump blew.. I could of saved that 175.00 if I didn't call them at all.. I am disgusted with their ethics.. I even asked if they can reduce what they obviously diagnosed incorrectly and they have yet to respond. Have heard of a another person using them after the fact .. they were sent to fix a leak, they broke the pipe then charged her to fix the pipe they broke.. do NOT use them.
Krystal S.This guy did work for the sellers of my recently purchased home and didn't install two things he said he did on the permit. I had to agree to have him come back and correct the issues so I could close on my place and VIOLA he never returned my THREE calls. I won't refer him or use him ever!
Kevin is a highly competent Vernon/Highland Lakes area plumber who is somewhat pricey.
Had a 50 gallon electric water tank replaced. Kevin did the job himself and brought along a helper/apprentice.
Some re-piping was done (all copper) and a new ground wire run from cold to hot pipes. I counted 28 new soldered joints including the new L shaped custom copper vent pipe to take the water from the topside pressure release valve across the top of the heater down to the floor. I would say no more than 8 feet of 5/8"" copper was used along with a number of t-joints and regular joints and two new Wolverine brass ball valves.
The price was $975 cash for time and material and he took away the old heater. I would have given another star except for the price. I was disappointed to find the next day the cost of the heater (Rheem) at my local Home Depot of $252 tax included His net was $723 or $482 per hour less what he has to pay his helper/apprentice and the cost of the piping, fittings and ball valves.
I invite others to comment on my price sensitivity. If I am pegging him as pricey inappropriately for the job outlined above, please comment.
To his credit he came within two hours of my call and I had hot water within 90 minutes of his arrival and departure.
He charges a higher amount if you pay with your credit card.
