We live in an apartment and the property manager had Kevin's plumbing come in. Our ac was leaking water and not blowing cold air. we waited for the and everything for the next week.

Plumber came today to our house and left a mess! It would be one thing to fix the problem and leave the trash. ok i can pick it up whatever.

But it's the fact nothing was fixed. There was saw dust or whatever all over our floor, lights turned on, supplies left everywhere, all my doors to MY HOUSE left open. like they went into every room when they didn't need to go inside my laundry room?

Also, Ac is still leaking and no cold air lol.

1st & last time customer. This companys management is a complete joke. Sarah their ""highest"" in command, talked down to me like a child saying ""thats your first strike for interrupting me, I'll let you know when you can speak"" and then interrupted me while I talked about my invoice being wrong and refused to acknowledge the fact they were wrong even with video evidence that I have of their technican taking my complete furnace blower/circuit board assembly and bringing it back not working and charging me for a circuit board that their technican lied about breaking. I finally got a part charge removed , that they charged me for yet didnt even use & still charged me for lots of time worth of labor that wasn't done & to pick up a part that I didn't even need in the first place. This company is so unprofessional and a complete con for money.

Sara the Operations Manager was extremely rude and condescending. She cut me off and said she did not see what the problem is, before I could address it. She refused to allow me to speak to Trenton, in order to properly address my concerns. If this an indication of business, I would never use or refer Kevin's Plumbing.

I found water pooling between my toilet and bathtub and Kevin's was recommended. They came out the next day. The plumber was Gavin and he was able to assess the situation and fix the problem rather quickly. He was also good at answering my questions about what caused the problem. He exhibited good technical and people skills. I would certainly use them again if the need arises.

The next day I got a follow-up call checking on my experience with the service. That was a pleasant surprise.

We called to have a blocked sewer line cleared in our laundry area. The plumber worked an entire day and never was able to pinpoint the blockage. Not knowing if the problem was fixed or not, we took a "" wait and see"" approach. Several weeks later, our downstairs toilet and shower backed up. I called Kevin's and asked for them to send their plumber back. I was told that because this was several weeks later, this was a new call, a new problem; therefore I'd be charged $150 an hour as an emergency call out. I declined the appointment.

It's one thing to say, I don't know what's wrong or if it's fixed. It's entirely different to argue the homeowner did "" something,"" so it's a "" new"" call out. No thank you Kevin's.

I have had Kevin's Plumbing and Heating come to my house twice. The first time I flooded my house because a pipe burst. The second time, they assisted me with fixing the plumbing under my bathroom sink after the pipe broke.

Both times Kevin's Plumbing and Heating has been exceptional. They have been on time, very communicative, and are extremely friendly. I see that there are other reviews, but I really think they are one off scenarios.

Every time I call, they are extremely friendly. Every plumber that I have met has been excellent at their job and is willing to talk to me about what exactly they are doing. They aren't overpriced either! I rarely (if ever) write reviews about companies (good or bad) but they truly are fantastic.

I called 8 days ago because our sewer line was backing up with roots. It happens and we know it will back up soon. Was told they'd be there the second day after hours (no problem, we'll pay the after hour rate) at 6:30-7:00 pm. 9 pm rolls around and still no call/no show so we call and chat with them - they're stuck on another call. Ok, cool, first thing tomorrow morning will work. Next morning goes by - gonna be there at 10:00 - no call, no show. Call at 1:00 pm. He's running late, be there soon. 3:30 finally shows, does a halfway job and leaves without clearing the line fully and apparently not checking it for drainage. Next day - Holiday. no luck. Day after, allegedly send a guy via text - never saw him. Weekend, no luck. Monday call at 7 am. Leave a message. No call back so call at 9 am. someone will be there today. Call at noon, gonna be there sometime today. Call at 4, gonna be there sometime today. Gave up at 8:30 at night.

The kicker, today they send a text that someone is on the way to the house. No call, no scheduling, nothing. By this time, I've called another company so I call them to let them know not to bother. All i get from ""Becca"" is attitude because I'm unhappy. The final response, the one that pushed me to write this review of a company I've used at least 7 or 8 times and referred dozens was her

""Have the day you deserve"".

What the actual f... Same to you Becca, same to you.

Had them install a water heater that only lasted a little over a year, so they replaced it. Didn't have to pay for the heater, but had to pay for the installation. I have had them do other things too, but they are ALWAYS late, even when you have the FIRST appointment in the morning? They had been as late as THREE hours past the appointment & when you call, the women in the office are very rude!!! Never plan on ever having them for anything again, will always go with Feist Plumbing!!!
