Brad M.Hired them to rough-in a toilet. They didn't check the rough-in dimensions and put it in the wrong place. They would not come back the same day to fix it. Had to wait 3 days. When the guy was almost done fixing his screw-up, I checked on his progress and found him about to leave without fixing the first hole in the floor. I asked him what he was going to do about it and he stated that his boss said to leave it go since it would be under the toilet anyway. I stated that, it was not acceptable to leave a 3 inch diameter hole in my floor. He said he had no wood on his truck to fix the hole and would be back later in the day to fix it. He did show up later in the day but after he left, I was shocked to find that all he did was wedge the the original round wood plug back in the hole a lay the carpet piece back over it. He did not bother to seal the gaps or glue the carpet back. Both times the guy was here, he did not clean up his mess, left both of our back doors open, and did not let us know he was done or ask if we were satisfied with the job. The water line for the toilet was not installed straight. It come up through the floor crooked. Basically; shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. We should have listened to some of our friends who said not to hire them. We won't again!
