Kevin came round to fix a leaking bath faucet. He was very prompt on replying to texts to schedule the service (could have done it the day after i texted him but opted for a week later) and he was punctual, friendly and fixed my tap no issues. also had a look at another leak and made a quick adjustment with his wrench which saved me a lot of hassle or another call out. i took his card and will use him again. 3% credit card charge which isnt an issue

I called three different plumbers, all highly reviewed on yelp. Between the three, I needed someone who could come out on Saturday morning. Kevin txt me the morning of, alerting me that he could come out within the hour. A simple bathroom sink clog that would've taken me four hours to complete, took Kevin less than 20.

He was professional, informative, and discussed our different options of how to solve our problem. Kevin took the time to walk through our specific plumbing configuration, layout of the the piping behind the walls and how it may affect our issue.

Pricing was competitive. Everyone that I talked to quoted me roughly the same price . All said and done, it really came down to how much my time was worth. I would highly recommend using Kevin again and will refer him to anyone that is looking for great service. Will keep him in mind for our future projects.

I recently moved into a new home and I was having problems with the toilet in my kids bathroom. I was ready to purchase a new toilet that wasn't cheap...(I was sick and tired of plunging the old one- I am trying to spare everyone the gross details!) Two boys sharing a bathroom... You get the idea!
Anyway, Kevin was referred to me by my friend. I told him my issues and I insisted that that the old toilet needed out and I wanted a Toto installed. He was very accommodating and we set up an appointment.
I unable to be at the appointment because of work, so my mother agreed to meet him at my house. To make a long story short,Kevin said we did not need a new toilet.
He proceeded to show my sons how to use the toilet properly and we haven't had a problem since.
Instead of taking advantage of my situation like some would... Kevin was so honest and went above and beyond. I definitely would recommend Kevin... And I have dealt with some real rip offs! I didn't get to meet you in person and thank you Kevin, but you will be hearing from me when my next plumbing issue comes up. Thanks again for your honesty!

We hired Kevin to help with a pipe that was botched by a landscaper. He came over the same day and fixed it fairly quickly. He is very knowledgable and honest and very reasonably priced. He did a lot of major bathroom work for my sister also and she only has wonderful things to say about him.

Well based on the previous 5 star reviews I hired Kevin for a leaky tub faucet. I even waited 3 days til he was available. I wanted a rough estimate and Kevin said $75 plus parts as long as everything went smooth. He needed to change out the cartridge which he had with him but the faucet pieces were corroded and also needed to be replaced. He said he had it all with him for another customer but that it would be $80.00. I thought that sounded high so he called to get the price for the cartridge and said it was going to be $41 and if he needed to go to Home Depot (about 3 miles away) it would be another $25.00 plus the faucet pieces. I've never had a plumber do this before so I said I would go get it and put the faucet on myself. He quickly showed me how. It took about 15 min. total for him to do his job. The faucet at HD was $12 and cartridge was $38. so a total of $52 not $80 as he had said. When I got back I couldn't get the faucet on so then drove to Osborn Plumbing Supply who showed me how to put it on correctly. The cartridge there is $37.00. When I went back to put the faucet on realized Kevin put the cartridge in backward and hot and cold was reversed. I texted Kevin all of this and how unhappy I was that this took me so much time and that he wanted to charge an additional $25 to get a part. He said he had to charge for his time and that he is less than the big plumbing companies. This is not so. A large plumbing company charges retail for parts and has them on their truck and if not doesn't charge extra to go get it. Osborn Plumbing Supply said they charge $95 per hour labor. Kevin did offer to come back to reverse the cartridge and make it right but now I don't care and will just live with it. Me personally hire these independent guys to save money. I disagree that he is cheaper from my experience and would rather go with a reputable company for the same money and not have to do some of the work myself. The only thing I agree with on the other reviews is yes Kevin is very personable, but this is really not important. It is the work and price for it that matters. I am writing this review so others are not deceived by all the 5 star reviews and don't wait 3 days for a plumber to come out and not do 5 star work. Oh and he charges 3% more for credit cards.

I reached out to Kevin in a moment of panic. My very handy husband couldn't figure out our plumbing situation when we were ripping out our kitchen and needed to have the cabinets out today. He came over after all of his other calls were done for the day, despite I'm sure wanting to get home, to help us out with our issue. He was extremely responsive throughout the day while we were chatting about when he could get over, and when he did get there, he did a great job of walking us through what he was doing and why. He was incredibly quick and affordable. We will definitely be using him the next time we need a plumber!

I ""discovered"" Kevin at least seven years ago. He has always been courteous, prompt and fair and the quality of his work is excellent. Most recently, our garbage disposal was leaking badly from the bottom of the tank. He found out the unit had worked loose over several years and water was getting in from the sink. He removed it, cleaned it up and bolted it back on, saving us the cost a new unit. The next time you need a plumber, I highly recommend Kevin.

We called Kevin based off the other reviews on yelp and couldn't have been happier. Our renter's called us later in the day on Saturday and said they were having an issue with water backing up in the toilets. We had another plumber go out to our house and told us he would need to remove the toilet, replace this and that, call another guy to help him do somethings on the roof, etc and it would be at least $450 or more.

We got in touch with Kevin and he went over to our house late Saturday (I think it was close to 8:00pm) and fixed the problem for less than $200 and instructed our renters (and us) that their flushing of wipes down the toilet was the problem and if they continue to do so it will continue to back up the plumbing. All the while, Kevin kept us (the owners) updated on what he was doing, costs, etc. We couldn't have been happier and will continue to use Kevin for any plumbing needs. We highly recommend him!!

In a word, fabulous. On time, on budget, and just a great guy. Thrilled to have found him. We're looking to purchase a home needing extensive remodel work and I plan to call Kevin....almost hate to post such a positive review....may be hard to get in his schedule!
