I believe in Yelp and I'm writing this review to warn other people who get taken advantage of to bewhere, like I did with Kevin. In the beginning he was great so I started to trust him, but once I did he was unreliable made many mistakes made me order parts that were wrong that other plumbers came out and said no it's not a groen it's a Kohler. Making me wait a week out and then calling me that morning to let me know he wasn't coming he did this on two or three occasions when I gave him an opportunity to make good. He started to Nickel and dime me when I needed another plumber to come out and fix what he did. As you can see this was all very upsetting to me.. I am a property owner and I used Kevin quite a few times I wanted to develop a relationship with someone that I could count on and he certainly did disappoint me.. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Kevin Thompson Plumbing is the best! I have used Kevin for over 15 years. Before finding Kevin, I went through numerous plumbers. I found a ""gem"" in Kevin and he is my ""go to"" plumber, without hesitation!

Kevin is smart, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, clean, careful and reasonably priced. I have used him over the years for all types of plumbing issues-- simple plumbing problems through re-pipes, remodels, and water heaters. He always finds the least expensive way to fix the problem. I have never had a problem with his work. On a few of the big jobs, I have gotten a couple of bids. Kevin is always the best price! I have never regretted using Kevin and I know many of my neighbors use him and feel the same way as I do about his work.

Unfortunately I would not hire Kevin again. He chipped my counter top and tried to blame me for it. When I left to go to work the countertop was completely fine and I have proof. When I came back the countertop was badly chipped and the fragments of the chip were all over the floor. All of his installations of our mirrors above the sinks were too low, so we had to rehang them so that we could turn on the faucet all of the way. He also didn't install the countertops adjacent to the wall or to each other. He kept saying that the room wasn't square, which I understood, but at least the countertops could be squared to one another but they are crooked. He glued down the countertops with a glue that can be seen through them, which looks crappy. He also didn't install any of the hardware on the vanities in all three bathrooms, which is part of the installation. I called him and asked him to reinstall new vanity tops to fix his mistakes and he agreed. I called him once the countertops came in and he refused to fix it and said he wasn't responsible for items purchased by the customer. We paid over $5,000 to have him install these vanities and he did a really bad job. He really abused the relationship between a trusting new homeowner and that is shameful.

Kevin is a GREAT (and I mean GREAT) plumber. He is professional, he responds quickly, he knows what he's doing and he stands behind his work 100% !! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable plumber.
