I called set time and day Keven neer showed up or called so i call only for him to sorry and made another one he never showed up so I called again only to hear the same excuses ..he's not reliable at all I would never use this service even if it's free my time waiting is 2 days I missed work screw this plumber

We just purchased a home and discovered multiple plumbing issues after moving in and Joe has been awesome addressing every one. Joe has installed a new water heater, water softener and filtration system and does excellent work for reasonable prices. This is definitely our go to company for plumbing work and Joe the Plumber is our guy! Highly recommended.

I was honestly expecting and willing to pay another $100 for this service call. Kevin had all the parts he needed on his truck, knew what he was doing and did it. I asked about replacing galvanized pipe and he didn't think it was necessary, would be expensive requiring tearing out walls, etc...
He had an excellent opportunity to sell us more service than we needed and chose not too. Being elderly I really appreciate that.

Needed to have my sewer line roded out and Nick did a great job. I sent in a yelp request and they got back to me within an hour and set up an appointment. They were here on time and did the work quick. I'm going to have them do some more work for me.

I called this morning for a problem with gurgling and backed up pipes in my bathrooms. They were here within an hour, very polite, and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes that I had worried about all night. They explained everything well and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

This company was sent out to my home for a second opinion about my whirlpool tub. The guy they sent out was on the phone instead of checking out my tub like he was sent to do. He wrote something up to my home warranty company that was inconsistent with what he told me.

I called Monday morning to have some one come out to replace a leaking sillcock and check out a loud sump pump. Logan and Todd arrived exactly at 9am Tuesday and got to work. The sillcock was replaced quickly and no longer leaks, just in time for car washing season. They installed a new quiet check valve on the sump pump piping, which has dramatically quieted the run cycle after the pump has finished. All of those items, including walking the house to ask a question, locating the water shut off valve, and the final paperwork was completed in less than 90 minutes.

I have also had the same team out about 6 months ago to install a new back up sump pump, and that experience was just as good. Very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions that I had. This will be my plumber of choice for as long as I'm in Homer Glen.

Our tub faucet broke off in my hands, causing water to spray with no way of stopping it. Kevin Szabo plumbing was able to get somebody over the next morning. Logan and his associate very quickly solved the problem at a reasonable price.

I called Kevin out to upgrade the plumbing in my rental house in Orland Park. The house is 60 years old and had galvanized piping. Kevin gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote for the job. Kevin and Chris (very hard working assistant) changed all the plumbing which really cleaned up the basement. I asked Kevin if he knew any electricians because I wanted to make electrical improvements as well. Kevin told me that he just got his electrical certification. He sent out Sean (experienced, licensed electrician), Bob (trainee), and Chris (from the plumbing job). The original job evolved into something more than I originally anticipated, but they made improvements that gave me peace of mind that the house was much safer and efficient for our tennants.
