Zakk phoned me the day of the appointment and said that he had finished earlier than expected from his previous job and asked if he could come early. I was thrilled and told him absolutely. He arrived and was very professional and friendly and he got right to work replacing my faucet (which was in a small bathroom with very little room to maneuver). He did an outstanding job, cleaned up everything once he was finished, asked me if I had any questions about any of the work that had been done, and even looked at a couple of other things I was thinking about getting done and let me know the approximate cost and how long it would take. I have used Kevin Szabo Jr Plumbing a few times now and they have never disappointed. They are responsive, have always been on time and the plumbers have been professional and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with all of the services I have received from this company thus far and would recommend them.
