The plumber's name was Joe. He called before he came and arrived on time. He fixed the problem (a valve replacement for the water softener) quickly and efficiently. He charged us lower than the quoted price, which was nice. He was very friendly, and most importantly, he was very kind to our dog. Joe is a dog person, it turns out.

It was a very good experience and we highly recommend.

I have had Kevin Szabo Jr. Plumbing employees out 3 times in a month. The first time was an emergency hot water heater replacement, the second and third were a minor plumbing leak that led to major damage and caused electrical malfunction. Ryan--for both plumbing issues--and Chris for the electrical issues--were thorough, professional and took care to clean up after themselves. I knew the plumbing would be expensive, but overall the pricing was more than fair, especially for the amount of work put in and their quick response to my emergency situations. When things are happening in your home that make you panic and worry about finances, it's great to have professionals calm things down and actually help.
