I called them regarding a clogged garbage disposal...they ran a snake through. It seemed to work better, but not like before. Well the next day....right back to the same. $225 for nothing.

Had a leak from a pipe under the sink to the basement. I was able to schedule the appt no problem, and they came when they were supposed to. The gentlemen evaluated the problem and said that we would need to schedule another appt to fix it. He said someone would call me back within an hour to get that arranged since my availability was not the best. I realized 4 1/2 hours later that no one had ever called me back. I called asking about the follow up appt and then again NO ONE ever called back. Took me sending an email to get a response the next night at 7:30pm. They said that they would be there on Tuesday at 9am. But guess what... Tuesday came and the guy was SICK so someone else was filling in and he wasn't sure if they could do it. However they did end up coming to fix the problem and were able to do for cheaper then originally quoted. I only stuck with them because I knew they were a reparable company. I normally would have moved on to someone else. All in all the people who came out were all very nice and professional. The customer service skills of returning calls could definitely use some work though. Follow through is a big thing and people expect if you say you are going to do something you do it.

I called this company on a Sunday. Spoke with someone to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. I am shocked I was able to schedule on a Sunday! Awesome. Brandon and Joe came right on time at 9 am, played with my dog and fixed by kitchen sink piping issue. They explained what the problem was and I am confident it is fixed for good.

They were also nice enough to fix the stopper in my upstairs bathroom without charge.

These guys were totally professional and I would definitely use them again when I run into plumbing problems.

Unreliable don't show up for their appointment will use someone else. Sat home all day waiting for an 11-1 appointment. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and say they were going to be late. We left several messages and then they finally call back and say that they can't come any longer. Nice glad I wasted my day!!!

I had Ryan from Kevin Szabo Plumbing out today to look at a low hot water pressure issue at my kitchen sink. Ryan immediately looked at several things under the kitchen sink. He replaced a fitting that should not have been put on in the first place, flush the lines several times, and my water pressure is 100% better. Ryan was great and knew exactly what to do. In the future I will certainly request Ryan in the future. Great Job!

I am soooo happy! When I called to have my sink drain cleaned out after four days of no kitchen sink waiting on a no show plumber, the telephone was answered by a courteous and professional person, who immediately worked to accommodate me and my schedule. Within less than 24 hours Nick was at my door, after phoning to let me know when he would arrive! He quickly assessed my problem and took care of the sink drain! My kitchen is functional again!
