I have had problems with their plumbers every time I have utilized their service. 2 Water Heater defective, took months for them to correct the issue. 1st WH went out, was identified as defective and recalled by Rheem, yet their plumber went and bought the exact same model, still problems. In between the issue with the water heater, Szabo's plumbers stated their had to be another issue in my home causing my water to go from hot to cold, couldn't be the water heater. Their plumbers began changing items, which in turn created more issues. 3 water heater later and my problem stopped, yet know I have another issue as the plumber came out and swapped out my faucet in my bath tub with a non standard part in an attempt to modify the 1/2"" to 3/4"" which caused yet another problem. Szabo told me that none of his plumbers did this, yet they did. Why would I call Szabo plumbing if some other company did the work? Makes no sense to me at all. Do not trust this company, first off they are extremely over priced. Their turnover rate on plumbers is off the wall, no one will stay there, I wonder why. Then he attempts to turn things around and states you are lying. Stay away from this company, there are better plumbing companies out there who don't have a bunch of inexperienced plumbers doing the work.

0 stars. Came out to my house to fix a toilet issue. Took $600 to order a part then never came back to complete the return. Worst part is I was eventually able to fix it myself (and I'm no repair expert) with a $30 part and advice from Home Depot. I would never trust this company again - ripping off a single mother.

I loved this company's honesty. I really didn't need a new ejector pump just a rod out. We had the new Zoeller pump installed anyway. The one replaced was going on 18 years. From the installer of the pump to the rod out guy all were professional and courteous.

Had toilets replaced. Received a quote for the job. Person performing work had to purchase toilets at Menards. I received call because - was supposed to be beige. They didn't have it so I ok'd the white. Was supposed to get the oval seats. Received round seats. Toilets were installed and those removed were left for my trash pick up. Because there was a couple days in between they were left in my living room. Guy came back with a helper to haul them to the curb. It was raining. He came in to my home without shoe coverings tracking who know what on my carpet and stairs. The assistant wore shoe coverings. Prior to install he informs me he forgot to charge me for the toilets which added an additional $900.00 to my bill. Not a great experience. From now on I will ask if price quoted included all necessary job material.

Called due to a back up and were here within the hour. Very professional and fair price! Would definitely recommend and would call again if needed. We had some tree roots causing the back up and they were efficient and quick to fix the issue.

After Friday's storms my sump pump failed. Kevin's team answered the phone. Arrived early and replaced it in under a hour. No pump could have been a disaster. Thanks for the great work.

I needed a shower drain rodded and they were able to come out quickly and on time. They were here for about 20 minutes and got the job done. The 90 day warranty is nice too. I didn't shop around for price, so I'm not sure if it's good or too much. You're paying for their knowledge and equipment though.

I called Kevin out to upgrade the plumbing in my rental house in Orland Park. The house is 60 years old and had galvanized piping. Kevin gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote for the job. Kevin and Chris (very hard working assistant) changed all the plumbing which really cleaned up the basement. I asked Kevin if he knew any electricians because I wanted to make electrical improvements as well. Kevin told me that he just got his electrical certification. He sent out Sean (experienced, licensed electrician), Bob (trainee), and Chris (from the plumbing job). The original job evolved into something more than I originally anticipated, but they made improvements that gave me peace of mind that the house was much safer and efficient for our tennants.

Incredible service. 3 pm on a Saturday, I had a basement full of water and wasn't sure if it was the ejector or something else. Chris answered the phone immediately, said they would have somebody out to my location by 5 pm. About an hour later, I called back and confirmed it was the ejector and he said no worries, he thought the same and the guys would have one on the truck with them. Joe and Brandon arrived EARLY at around 430 pm - immediately got to work and were done in about an hour. Brand new ejector installed and crisis averted. They were professional, diligent and friendly - very NICE young men. I called at least 4 other numbers trying to find a plumber and got nowhere!! I will tell anyone who asks to use this firm - they under-promised and over-delivered. Extremely satisfied customer!!!
