Adrian came to the house to troubleshoot my suspected leak. You could hear it but not see water. He was excellent!  He found the problem with very little changes to the house and fixed the pipe and valve.  I couldn't ask for better technician like Adrian.  The cost was very reasonable especially being a Sunday. I will ask forAdrian again for plumbing needs

We live in a condo on the first floor. There are 2 floors above us and we share a bathroom sewer pipe. Our toilet and tub started filling up with our upstairs neighbors waste water. We were desperately bailing but still had minor flooding. We contacted our upstairs neighbors and they stopped flushing and the situation stabilized. We googled and Kevin Rooter Services came up and we called. Fernando called and was here within 40 minutes. He had the problem resolved within 30 minutes including running water and flushing to be sure we were 100%. The price was reasonable for a  evenings call. We highly recommend them!!

I continue to highly recommend Kevin Rooter Services. They provide consistent, excellent service. From the time they answer the phone to schedule my appointment(s) to complete inspection and/or installation, the customer service and professionalism is stellar. Most recently, Kevin Rooter Services installed a new water heater for me. I did my own research in advance and knew they were giving me a fair price (beat their competitors and didn't try to price gouge me). Harry was informative and helped me make good decisions. Harry did a fantastic job on the water heater install. Give Kevin Rooter Services a call. You'll be happy you did!

These guys are great!! We had an issue with our bath spout and the guy came and assessed the situation and determined we needed a new part which he ordered on the spot and he also followed up with me as the process of ordering the part moved along. As soon as it came in he was at my home installing the part. I wish I remembered his name. Very fast from start to finish. I must say I had a fantastic experience I would totally recommend and use them  again. Also the price is very reasonable!

They were great. Responded within 30 minutes of message, and talked through over the phone what they expected and when they be able to come over. Was able to go back and forth between text to ensure someone would be home to meet them. They diagnosed, explained, and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. The price was higher than I expected given the time to repair and materials, but they were professional, friendly, on time and got my problems fixed. I will use Kevin Rooter Services again if needed.

Got same day service which was needed as my kitchen faucet sprung a pretty good size leak. Danny arrived early and had the problem figured out by the time I got there. He had a replacement in his truck, but I wanted something a little fancier so he waited for me to run to Home Depot and get the one I wanted. Danny was very friendly knowledgeable showed me how to keep it running smoothly and was good with the dog! Will call them again!

Outstanding service !!!!!!  I called on a Saturday in the late afternoon  and I was able to get a tech out the next day! Once here Fernando was great he gave a free diagnosis and went over the possible repairs. He then tried the first repair but found that the issue was worst than first thought. He then replaced the toilet and gave us a 1 year warranty on labor. He even tried to buy the color my wife wanted to match the bathroom decor. He did all of this in under 3 hours on a Sunday which was truly amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs plumbing repairs!!

Basic plumbing needs were fulfilled on a short notice. Needed dishwasher supply line replaced and they came right out next day and replaced it within 30 minutes. Also the guy was quickly able to show me why the pressure in the house was low and fixed that while he was here. Now I can run the dish washer and take more enjoyable showers. Would highly recommend and though I'd prefer no plumbing issues, I will call these guys if they do come up.

Danny and Fernando were amazing to work with. Danny responded quickly to my messages and provided a quote for exactly what I needed (replacing an old hot water tank with a new tankless heater). Once I gave the green light, they started a few days later. They showed up bright and early with masks on and protected our floor with some drop cloths as they hauled the old water tank out. They worked efficiently and had everything done earlier than expected. They also left everything clean and spotless. In fact, our exterminator came by after and was so impressed with their work he asked for our plumber's number. I highly, highly recommend them.

I've used them a number of times over the years.  They have always been easy to schedule, and their work is very good.  Adrian came out last week to look for a possible leak (we had been notified by the City that our water usage was unusually high).   He was very thorough.  He checked the water pressure in several spots, as well as all the toilets and faucets in the multi-unit building.  He also gave us some suggestions for some next steps if the leak continued, and he gave us a very fair price for the work.  I'll continue to call them for my plumbing needs.
