Went in needing a plug. Asked one of the workers for assistance and he was not helpful at all, walked away from me and went right on his phone. Nasty disposition. I will never shop here again.

Omg! What a useless place. I was looking for a 43 inches belt. After 40 minutes waiting , they couldn't find it in the back . They kept bringing to me any size of belt beside the 43 that I asked for. What a joke those people and this place . I wish them to go out of business.

Needed a replacement part for a heater system. I took the old part with me for reference and was told the new part would be in the next day. I paid the full amount for the part to be ""ordered"" that day. BEFORE paying I specifically asked if it's not the correct item, is it refundable? I was told YES! I picked up the replacement the next day and guess what? The item was wrong and didn't fit. It took a whole Tap dance to get a refund. The owner/manager gave a lame story saying my plumber ordered the wrong part. That was incorrect because I was with him when the transaction was processed. And the owner/manager was the one who sold it to us - reassuring it was the right part and the it was refundable. It's funny how he remembered me when I walked in the door days later but when the word return came out of mouth - he caught amnesia. NEVER AGAIN!!

I needed some very specific plumbing pieces for the watering-system of my photography darkroom.
I went to 2 other stores before and started to worry. But they have an impeccable professional approach, the imagination to find a creative solution to my problem. Kind, very respectful and super professional - in one sentence, the best Plumbing Supply Store I have ever been to. NOT to mention that they are open 24hrs. which is unheard of!!!

I'm so glad this store exists! Finally a wonderful store with knowledgeable and kind employees! Really all of them are amazing and all of them try to help! It's not about the money at all! We went to Carlos and he patiently helped us with so many different things! And at the end he only charged us for what we bought! Very skilled, very nice! 24/7. It doesn't get better than that! Can't recommend this place highly enough: their hours are amazing (24 hours) and the service is super friendly.
Here's the backstory: A faucet in my house stopped working at 9 p.m. As water poured out and no wrench would shut the flow down, I did two thing: started searching on YouTube for a solution and started searching for a plumber. I couldn't find the latter that I trusted (or was willing to pay for), but the former told me enough that I realized that I could fix the problem myself pretty easily.
As it turns out, I was wrong. But through frequent, late-night (I made two trips, the last one at midnight) trips to Kevin & Richard Plumbing, I was able to learn why my attempts at repair weren't working, which parts would help me get the faucet to stop and what tools I needed to do so.
I dealt with Joe, who couldn't have been nicer and was totally invested in helping me solve my issue.

Kay. Place is a dump. In a marginal neighborhood. But it has everything. And great guys at the counters. And open 24 hours. Damn.
Your heat goes out. Damn. Never pleasant.
When it's cold and your boiler breakers and you need a Weil McLain 26 inch thermocouple and pilot light assembly, it's a Sunday and you can't get a plumber. Go here. They have the parts. You can fix it.
Ask real nice, they may give you a sweatshirt.

Although I didn't purchase my supplies from them, I did have many consultations with their personnel. They were awesome on each occasion and taught me valuable plumbing info that saved me money. They even asked me to send a pic of the item needing to be fixed.

open 24 hours. can't get better than that. spoke to an employee before heading over, he told me exactly what I had when I described it and gave me directions on how to exactly get there. in and out in less than 5 minutes, best guys ever.
