Excellent job!

Did what was asked and more, for quoted price. He and his team made sure they knew what they were dealing with before they quoted a price, arrived, and did the job.

Main services requested: Replace faucets, spout and drain of existing pedestal sink in bathroom. Owner provided the new set of faucets, spout and drain. (Old faucets, etc., were corroded, falling apart, or unusable.) Also, fix what prior plumber broke/did. (Aside: at least the prior plumber didn't charge us).

State of sink, etc., as Mr. Correia found it, in addition to the old faucets, spout and drain:
1) hot water leaking (result of prior plumber)
2) very bad smell in bathroom; made bathroom ~unusable (result of prior plumber)
3) sink poorly attached to wall (loose) (~always this way, prior plumber[s] couldn't fix it)

Value: given the high quality of the work done by Mr. Correia, what he found when he got there, that he did the job in one visit (1-2 hours), including fixing the mistakes of the prior plumber, solidly attaching the sink to the wall, there were no surprises, and doing it all in one visit, the price was fine. (Maybe much better than fine.) You get what you pay for.

I'm giving this company a four star for the followings reason: I started a small (install dishwasher in new kitchen) project on Yelp and they ""bid"" on it meaning they elected to be considered to do the work. That was like 2 weeks ago. I own multiple units and always need plumbers so I went forward with them and described the work (install new dishwasher:pretty simple). They said after a lot of messages back and forth: ""will schedule you for Monday"". They texted that twice to me. Monday rolled around and they didn't show. The rest of the week was spent going back and forth by text maybe dozens of texts. Until they just stopped responding. Who does that? Why did they bid on the job? I was very patient and polite. But its frustrating. Complicated by the fact that possibly not all the messages were getting thru.
