His business card has no physical address. This guy Yusvel came to my home when I was having a backed up sewer problem and poop was coming out of my shower floor. I tired several things myself including renting a unclogging metal hose but I have no clue so it didnt work. I called this guy that gave me his card at home depot parking lot. He had a van that was wrapped with his logo and company info. It looked pretty legit so I took a chance as a final option. He came over and told me that I need to run a hose through as I already had done. I let him know i had just rented a hose and ran it through so why again. He told me that my hose was not long enough so we could try his if I wanted to begin. I said fine because I was stressed out and I didnt know what else I could do myself. He ran the hose through several areas outside my home for about 20 minutes and then said that this wasnt a pipe issue. He said it was a city issue. I believed him because it didnt work for me either. The tool renting guy at home depot had told me earlier that the hose needed to be run outside in the exit pipes not through the shower floor or it would destroy the pipes and make a bigger issue. This guy told me the same thing. so he didnt fix the problem none the less he charged me $100 for the trip to my place, which by the way was a 10 minute drive from home depot parking lot. I spent hours trying to call the city and have them fix it and nothing could be done. My family gave me another plumbers number. he found the clog in 15 minutes. ran the hose through the shower floor and unclogged it. He then stuck cameras through the outdoor pipes and checked everything. He was so good that we ended paying him close to $800 to add a street legal exit pipe so that the city can have accesss if anything were to happen in the future and swithed out another piece of pipe that was ruptured by tree roots and was full of sand.
