In the early 1960s, Billie Ketchum established Ketchum Plumbing in San Pedro, California. As a husband and father of five, he worked diligently to create a legacy for his family and son. Soon after, he received an opportunity to work on the waterfront. He managed the family plumbing business until his son Jon Ketchum took over in 1988. They have a combined experience of over 40 years in the plumbing industry. When Jon took charge, he quickly expanded his clientele, primarily through word of mouth and his strong local reputation. Almost everyone in San Pedro recognizes Jon as the neighborhood plumber. His success is built on a foundation of trust and dedication.
