Ketchum Plumbing was founded by Billie Ketchum in San Pedro, California, during the early 1960s. He was a devoted husband and father of five, striving to build a legacy for his family and son. Soon after, he received an opportunity to work on the waterfront. He led the family plumbing business until his son Jon Ketchum took the reins in 1988. Collectively, they boast more than 40 years of service experience. Upon taking over, Jon rapidly grew his customer base, largely due to word of mouth and his solid local reputation. In San Pedro, nearly everyone knows Jon as the local plumber. His success is built on a foundation of trust and dedication.
