Ketchum Plumbing was founded by Billie Ketchum in San Pedro, California, during the early 1960s. As a husband and father of five, he worked diligently to create a legacy for his family and son. Not long after, he found an opportunity to work along the waterfront. He continued to run the family plumbing business until his son Jon Ketchum assumed control in 1988. They have a combined experience of over 40 years in the plumbing industry. When Jon took charge, he quickly expanded his clientele, primarily through word of mouth and his strong local reputation. In San Pedro, nearly everyone knows Jon as the local plumber. His business thrives on trust and hard work.
