We used Keston's Plumbing recently to have them look at our drains. One was the downspout and the other is outside the basement door. Ken was incredibly communicative and showed up right on time.
He snaked multiple drains for a reasonable price and was honest about the one that is working, which several contractors told us needed to be replaced without looking in it. He also showed us the issues with the downspout off the house and offered to come replace the pipe from the downspout on a holiday in between other work we had done.
The work is now finished and we couldn't be happier and will be recommending Ken and Keston's to others.

We had a big dinner last night and as we began to clean up we found that the kitchen sinks were clogged. Keston's sent a plumber within 30 minutes of my call this morning. He was efficient, courteous, and worked quickly to take care of the problem. He cleaned up afterwards and explained what might have caused the problem. We highly recommend their work.

Keston's is a great company. We had a pretty complex problem that required a new shower pan and tiling, plus repair to some pipes in the living room ceiling below and repair of a giant hole in the ceiling as a result of another plumber's inability to find the issue.

Ken was friendly and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He told me the job would take 2-3 days, and he and his subcontractors finished in a day and a half! They also left every area immaculate and were careful to cover the floors and furniture. What's more, they befriended my dog and were considerate of my son's nap by walking and talking quietly during that time. Their price was reasonable and even more so after the quality of their work and general pleasantness of the experience. We will absolutely hire them again.

Keston's pluming is the best plumber in this area, with wonderful service with much better prices than other companies. Ken was very professional and nice. He not only fixed my shower and replaced the cartridge, he also fixed the drain in my bedroom bathroom and fixed a leaky valve and all for $175! The plumber who came from another company before Ken wanted $1500 just to replace the cartridge, saying I needed to replace the whole shower knob, replace the pipes and put in new valves on the pipes. I sent him home, and I am so glad I used Keston's plumbing instead. They are trustworthy and will not rip you off, they know what they are doing, and they fixed everything. They did a great job. I will use them again, and I highly recommend them.

I used Keston's to fix a leaky sink in our bathroom. They were open on Saturday and responded within an hour of my call. Excellent service. They were able to fix the leak and replace two faulty shut-off valves within a reasonable amount of time and very reasonable costs. Will definitely use them again!
