The team at Kessler helped us out in a jam Thanksgiving weekend. We had a major clog which backed up into the garage. They came out and fixed the clog at a reasonable price, in a timely fashion, and with courteous service. We had them quote a water heater while they were there. After getting 2 add'l quotes later that week, they were the best price. They came out, installed a new water heater in about 2 hours, which has been running flawless so far. Again, service was prompt, reliable, and friendly. Highly recommend them.

I called Kessler plumbing to get a garbage disposal replaced. Within a hour someone called me back and made a appointment to come and replace my garbage disposal that afternoon. They were on time, and did a great job. Kessler will be my go to plumbing company if I need a plumber again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! they ripped us off for $699. Told us we had broken line under kitchen sink. Their camera didn't work. Had the nerve to charge $415 for a broken camera. Charged 284 for initial visit. Total of $699. And did absolutely nothing for the money. They wanted to bust thru the outside foundation ( with no pricing) to fix what we later found wasn't broken. I think they thought we were idiots who'd just keep paying. I put a stop payment on the check for 284. Wells Fargo cashed it any way. That's another story. Meanwhile we called Preferred plumbing. They came right over. Line not broken. All it needed was a clean out. Adam from preferred plumbing did it. He was knowledgeable and professional. The guy who owns Kessler should be ashamed. NEVER NEVER CALL THIS GUY! BIG RIP OFF

My downstairs ceiling collapsed in the middle of the night as a result of a water leak. Nick came in, found the problem, made the repair and was in and out in under an hour. The price was fair and everyone was professional and friendly. I'll call Kessler from now on.

They are nice guys and probably good plumbers, but between them and my 1-yr old Takagi tank-less water heater, they couldn't get it fixed after three trips and $750 worth of labor. I had a different plumber replace the unit entirely and it cost me less than $100 for the labor, but had I had Kessler swap it out, they would have charged a flat fee of $600. For the level of service, you can get a better price elsewhere. And if you try to negotiate or reason with them, it gets confrontational quickly. I wouldn't say don't use them, just know what you are getting going in.

Kessler came out gave us quote for whole home plumbing replacement including a new water heater. The price was fair and they arrived promptly the next week. All the work was completed in one day though they estimated 2 days. They did not track any dirt into the house, cleaned up their mess, and were just pleasant to deal with. Recommend this group of professionals!

5 stars is WELL DESERVED! It is rare to find a business of any kind that is this prompt, professional and honest. We called Kessler Plumbing to have them fix our hot water heater. We were scheduled right away and when Mr. Kessler arrived, he immediately knew what the issue was and fixed it quickly, and although he came over on a Friday evening, he charged us a reasonably price to do the job. It is an understatement to say that we will not hesitate to recommend Kessler Plumbing to everyone we know in the Charleston area.
