We offer 24/7 service. Our expertise includes the installation of water heaters, tankless water heater installation, winterizing homes, water softener repair and replacement, drain cleaning, iron filtration equipment, and additional plumbing solutions.

For over three decades. Gary has been in business for himself since he was 18. He began by selling Surge milking equipment. He then moved into the water softener and treatment system market. We used to say ""We can do anything with water but walk on it."" Back then, we sold Hague Quality water softeners, and we continue to service them, but now we offer Aqua Systems.

In 2006, Gary and his wife Pauline, who is also a co-owner, broadened their scope by adding plumbing services to their offerings. They have proudly owned Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Northfield for over a decade.
